FMG Worlds 2026 🌏✨
Second in the world 💙🤍

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed. I truly feel I brought my best package to date, and I’d hoped this would be my moment. But alongside that disappointment is so much pride.

Six years of competing, my seventh show, and at 49, I stepped onto the @fmgshows world stage with the best version of myself I’ve ever brought. That is something I’m incredibly proud of.

A huge congratulations to @janekhouri . I’ve always known you were world champion material, and I’m so happy for you to have achieved that dream 🤍

The biggest highlight of the day was the memories shared, the friendships made and the whole vibe backstage. There’s something special about the FMG sisterhood that’s hard to explain until you’ve experienced it. My heart is so full from the beautiful friendships this journey has brought into my life.

To my family, thank you for your love and support. And to @cyz_72 thank you for being my best wingman throughout prep, for being by my side and sharing this journey with me.

There isn’t enough room in this caption to do justice to my coach, @ashacoulthard You deserve a post of your own, and that’s coming 🤍
And to my posing coach @_samanthawicks, thank you for helping me bring confidence, polish and presence to the stage. To share this day with you and see you crowned Bikini Athletic World Champion made it even more special. I’m so proud of you 🤍

@pauline_fmgshows @ari_empire, I’m so grateful for you and what you’ve created with FMG. At this stage of my life, you’ve given me so much more than a stage to compete on. You’ve given me a sense of purpose, a place where I feel I belong, a reason to keep pushing and a dream to chase.

And to every beautiful woman I had the honour of sharing the 45+ Pro Bikini stage with: you inspire me. I’m in awe of your dedication and everything you’ve accomplished. Together, we’re showing that age doesn’t define us or put a limit on what we can achieve.

Receiving my @fmgshows_nz show day reel just one day out from Worlds… perfect timing 🥹✨ Watching it back makes me so happy and so excited to do it all again tomorrow.

I’m also feeling so grateful for what FMG has brought to me. At this in this stage of life, it’s given me a sense of purpose, an outlet that’s mine, and a community of incredible women who make me feel seen and supported & inspired.. It’s given me a reason to put myself first sometimes—to choose me. 🤍

Tomorrow I get to step onto the @fmgshows world stage, carrying all that happiness and gratitude with me. I can’t wait. 🌍✨

There’s something extra special about creating for someone you’ve worked with time and time again. 💎

From the first ideas, to the sketch, to the hours at my studio bringing every tiny detail to life… and then finally seeing it on stage. This is the part I’ll never get sick of.

Dani is an absolute dream of a human, inside and out, and someone we are always so excited to create for. Seeing her win her FMG Pro crown in New Zealand wearing one of our creations was a pretty bloody special moment. 👑

And now we get to do it all over again this weekend at worlds. ✨

Just over TWO WEEKS until @fmgshows WORLDS. 🌎✨

Every decision, every sacrifice, every early morning, every training session and every choice I’ve made this year has been leading to this stage.

Worlds is already shaping up to be a HUGE event, with stacked lineups across the board — but what makes me especially proud is seeing the 45+ Bikini division growing the way it is.

So many amazing women are travelling from around the world to compete, and I can’t wait to meet them, stand beside them and share the stage…

There’s something incredibly powerful about women in this stage of life still setting huge goals, pushing themselves, backing themselves and refusing to put an expiry date on what makes them feel

Prep is hard. There’s absolutely no denying that.
But there’s something pretty special about @fmgshows, because somehow, after all the dieting, training, tired days and moments where you question your life choices 😂, the show finishes and you find yourself wishing you could go back and relive the whole day again!

Thank you for being so much more than a coach, your knowledge, calmness, honesty and belief in me gave me so much confidence.. I always felt there was a reason behind every decision & that made it so easy to trust the process. I felt heard, seen and genuinely cared for from start to finish & I walked onto stage knowing we had done everything we could & I am extremely proud of what we created together 🤍
To @grainne_cooper and @jesscoatefitness and the crew for @fmgshows_nz — thank you for putting on such a flawless show. The level of care, thought and attention to detail that goes into what you create is evident in absolutely everything. From an athlete’s perspective, the entire experience was just beautiful..
To all of the amazing women I shared backstage with — whether we’ve known each other for years or barely knew each other before this weekend. Women supporting women will forever be one of my favourite parts of this sport. ❤️
To my teammates — @kasiakapusta @jack3d_fmgpro @b.pilchhh @alessandracarro_fmgpro - being relatively new to this team, I have never once felt like the newbie. From day one you made me feel like part of the family, but I walked away from this weekend feeling like I’d somehow gained a whole bunch of new best friends. 😂
