Wasn't there for long at all, unfortunately missed the athlete meeting and didn't get the chance to catch up with nearly as many people as I would've liked.

But I still managed to sneak in a photo with my brother Christos 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽🐐

Always good catching up with genuine people who make this sport what it is.

A short appearance, but still a special night celebrating some of the best athletes in the world ahead of the biggest stage of the year.

I still can’t quite believe I’m writing those words!

What a moment. What a journey. And what an incredible feeling to finally achieve something I’ve been working towards for so many years.

My heart is FULL! 🤍

Firstly, a HUGE thank you to @ari_empire and @pauline_fmgshows for putting together another incredible FMG Worlds!

To think this was only the SECOND FMG World Championship, and I’ve had the privilege of being part of both, makes this moment even more special.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again…

I absolutely LOVE and BELIEVE in the FMG federation.

The community, the professionalism, the standard of athletes and the genuine passion behind this federation are something pretty special.

If you’ve ever thought about stepping on stage, I couldn’t encourage you enough to experience FMG for yourself. 🤍

To the beautiful women I had the privilege of sharing the stage with…

WOW! What an incredible lineup of strong, beautiful women!

You all looked absolutely amazing, and it was an honour to stand alongside you.

And I really hope that together we showed other women something important…

AGE DOES NOT HAVE TO DEFINE WHAT WE ARE CAPABLE OF!

To all the incredible FMG helpers and everyone working behind the scenes, THANK YOU!

So much goes into making these events run seamlessly, and your hard work never goes unnoticed.

And to every single competitor who stepped on that stage…

CONGRATULATIONS! 👏🏼

Regardless of your placing, you earned your moment up there.

The early mornings, the sacrifices, the discipline and the commitment it takes to bring your best to that stage deserve to be celebrated.

I hope you soaked up every second and enjoyed showcasing all that hard work!

YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO CHASE A DREAM THAT MEANS SOMETHING TO YOU.

There’s something extra special about creating for someone you’ve worked with time and time again. 💎

From the first ideas, to the sketch, to the hours at my studio bringing every tiny detail to life… and then finally seeing it on stage. This is the part I’ll never get sick of.

Dani is an absolute dream of a human, inside and out, and someone we are always so excited to create for. Seeing her win her FMG Pro crown in New Zealand wearing one of our creations was a pretty bloody special moment. 👑

And now we get to do it all over again this weekend at worlds. ✨

What a day 🤍

The FMG NZ show was once again such an incredible experience.

Firstly, a HUGE congratulations to @dani_pearson_ on taking out both categories 🏆 You looked absolutely stunning on stage and it was so well deserved.

@alessandracarro_fmgpro , it was such a pleasure finally meeting you and getting to share the stage with you. You looked absolutely beautiful up there 🤍

One thing that really hit me this weekend is just how privileged we are as women to have bodies that allow us to do what we do.

To train.

To push ourselves.

To set big goals.

And to step on stage and celebrate what we’ve worked so hard for.

It’s also another reminder that you are NEVER too old to chase a goal that’s been sitting quietly in the back of your mind.

At 45, I’m more grateful than ever for what my body is capable of — and I hope it reminds another woman that there is no expiry date on doing something for YOU.

A huge thank you to @grainne_cooper & @jesscoatefitness for creating another magical FMG show and for the time, effort and care you put into every single athlete. It never goes unnoticed.

And of course, thank you to my coach @coachtencate, who puts up with me every single time 😂🤍 To @caitlinfisher_ & @themaheenbhutta for helping me bring my posing routine to life and to my beautiful sister who is my everything. (Another post to follow.)
