As actors, we receive a script then we create amazing characters and shoot awesome self tape auditions. And lots of them!!
.
Most of which, you will never see.
.
We put hours upon hours into scripts, characters, dialects and change our looks completely. Then we have to shoot the audition.
.
We then have to be the cinematographer, director, producer, lighting legend, stunt choreographer, continuity person and the actor.
.
When we get a yes, you see us on the screen. When we get a no, our hard work and art disappear and get lost forever.
.
Just because you don’t see it, doesn’t mean we are not working hard and growing.
.
For every little win, we had far more losses. But it’s not losing if you are growing. Keep growing. You deserve the wins.
