This place was 500 year old convent turned into a musuem and then into a hotel. It had some nice aethstics but was missing the point to why people travel central America. Great place to take a young family or your elderly mother. Hotel was situated away from the action. Santa Domingo definitely loved to play pandemic and they were very upity which wasn't a fair representation of the rest of Antigua. taken in Antigua Guatemala, Sacatepequez by @danielccommander

What an epic night. This is the place to stay in Antigua. I could call this home for the next month. No wonder this place is booked out. I had a great time partying with other like minded experienced solo travelers. Either y'all been to where I'm going or on your way there. Maya Papaya knows exactly what solo travelers are looking for and they provide exactly that experience. The shelter at the top of Fuego. We hiked at night to reach it in the cold and rain. It was a steep hike a little over 3,000 ft ascent that went up to 13,000 feet The guides headlamp sucked so I used my cellphone for light. I had no gear, I was soaked but I was wearing out the guide he couldn't keep up. by @danielccommander
