A bit of improvisation and fun,🤩 A lot of the videos I record are for self improvement and self reflection but decided this one could have a place on my feed. ✨
I sometimes have the urge to dance and move and that’s when I realize I’m dancing from the heart to express and surrender what feels heavy, those are probably my favorite dances! ❤️‍🩹

If you haven’t danced with Daniel or haven’t danced. You’re missing out.

This past weekend was not only my first time at a congress, but also my first time dancing away from my city. It was all worth it, I had some unforgettable dances I wish I could repeat and although there would be days I would barely sleep, I could not keep myself away from the dance floor. Shout out to everyone who shared a dance with me this weekend especially to @baila.shlynn for a great connection when dancing ✨💃🏻🕺🏻 taken in Las Vegas Super Congress by @danielmtzpt

Dance found me at my lowest point 7 months ago, I was going through a tough time, feeling numb and lost. But dance and work were the only things that got me out of bed. I found myself dancing my heart out, and it's become an addiction - I haven't gone more than 3 days without dancing 😂. I'm still new to this, but I'm excited to see what the future holds, besides the amazing people and music. Thankful for connections I’ve made on the dance floor. 🤞🏻✨
