This piece has been with me from the very beginning.
One of my first big pours I’ve ever done and honestly never thought I would let this one go. It’s been hanging in my home for years and a constant reminder of my journey as an artist.

It was not for sale until I met a beautifully Divine Mirror named Teagan @taaagan that reminded me why I make art in the first place.
She seemingly fell in love with the painting as much as I have and when she voiced that she wanted it to add to her healing room it just felt right.

This is what inspires me to keep going. The journey of becoming and embodying an artist for me has been a difficult one which I’m sure some of you can relate. Lots of self doubt, comparing, questioning, self worth.
“Do people really want my art?”
“Am I good enough to proclaim myself as an artist?
The answer has been yes going on for 6 years now.
Meeting people like Teagan and witnessing them love and appreciate my art helps me to believe in myself and keep going.

What I’ve learned is that the inner critic can stop you from believing in yourself. It can limit you and your divine limitless potential. Listen to your heart. Put your love and passion into all of life and those mirrors will be reflected right back you.

Grateful for this life and all it has to offer. Thank you again Teagan and everyone for loving and believing in me so I can believe in myself. ☺️🙏🏼💜🖤🌈

Water is Sacred. It is the basis of all life. We must protect it. All the water in the world today is the same water that has always been here. Following the precipitation cycle. Flowing, evaporating, accumulating, precipitating and flowing once again. Moving in perfect balance with the moon and creating the tides.

We are made mostly of water.
We are affected by these cycles more than we know. I’ve been focusing more on working with the cycles of life. The moon cycle, the cycle of the seasons, astrological cycles. Everything is constantly changing and moving. Aligning myself with the cycles has helped me to find a better balance in my life and change and work with the cycles instead of against them.

I feel like this lifetime I will finally escape the ocean of samsara. The cycle of birth, life, death, and rebirth. I feel like my soul has been here for a long time and has burned through a lot of my karmatic cycle. I still have a lot to learn and apply to my life but I feel very in line with what I’m supposed to be doing here, and doing my best to help raise my own and the collective vibration.

Everything keeps coming back to love and oneness. I believe everything that exists is connected and that everything comes from the same source.

We are One, We are We, We are Love.

Hey family! We’re back with another Sacred Dance Ceremony this month on Monday, April 27th.

This is a space where we invite you to connect with self and others through music and movement. We believe dance and movement can be healing and liberating, as it has been for us!

These spaces require no experience at all and are open to all people wherever you are in your journey.

Bring your friends, family, a cushion for circle, a mug for cacao, and most importantly yourself!

We hope to see you there, and if you have any questions at all please reach out. We ask $20-$30 to help pay for the space and expenses. If money is ever an issue no worries. We’d love to have you there as we have a NOTAFLOF policy (No one turned away for lack of funds).

Sometimes the darkest days are the brightest ones
I think about murder but trying to be an enlightened one
Thy kingdom come to all those who seek it
Lookin everywhere but inside just got to be it
Gotta find the reason to keep goin keep breathin keep flowin
Acting like I don’t know but deep down I be knowin
Mind controllin is what the medias been doin
Steady scrollin while sayin I don’t watch the news
They got a hold on us they’re harvesting our energy
Consuming news cycles and click bait shrinking memory
Our attention spans aren’t long enough to pay attention
To what they’re doing Free Palestine I forgot to mention
I can feel the tension Not making this political
But the lost lives of innocence is tragic shit is critical
Do children sing? Does a wolf cry?
Can you see the reflection of the ones you love in the pools of their eyes?
I used to want to die the pain was too great but I gotta keep goin keep that food up on my plate
Meditate get to a state of tranquility
Realizing I am you and you are me and we are we
Reflecting on the past, present, and future
Dropping in deep down practicing all the sutras
I’m tryin to manifest but sometimes I get depressed gotta get it off my chest or else I’ll be consumed with stress
They say life’s a test I don’t know if I’m passin
I guess I’m still here so things need to start addin
Up gotta fill my cup can’t pour from an empty vessel
When my cup overfloweth I pour it out for the homies from the East to the West coast

As I write this post at 11:59pm on my love’s @oh_liv_ee_ahh solar return she’s on a plane to Italy somewhere over the Atlantic.

Going through the last 5 months of photos we shared together brings me back to those blissful memories of being in pure presence in love staring into the eyes of someone I care about so deeply. In one of the most chaotic and tumultuous times of my life you have brought me so much peace and joy. Seeing you smile back at me cheek to cheek with that gleam in your eye makes time stand still and all my troubles go away even if just for a moment.

I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for your existence and how healing our connection has been! I love your laugh, your smile, your eyes, your essence, your beautiful big brain, your love, your kindness, your compassion, your grace, your heart, your style, your swagger, and pretty much every aspect of your being.

I thank God every day for blessing me with knowing and being connected to you 🙏💜🤍

Here’s to all the adventures we’ll share and all the love we’ll spread on this wild ride called life 🥂🌎

It’s ripping me apart these monsters, they don’t stop
Bombs droppin round the clock
Makes me wanna grab my Glock cock
Loaded, Ready to go I’m hopin
For world peace got me grippin on this piece
This energy so potent
When they gunna stop killing babies and justifying it
Come together and we say cease, but they keep denying it
I’d be lyin if I said I feel hopeful
Is optimism really denial or is it the only way through
I’m through with feeling helpless my soul’s melting under the flames, I’m not too spiritual to grab this weapon
We need a miracle, but maybe the miracle is us grabbing our arms and being the impetus for change it’s time to sound the alarm
I’m alarmed at the lack of humanity
Brothers and sisters killing each other got me screamin out profanities
It’s profane how insane these people do the same thing
Over and over pockets bolster from death, destruction, and pain
Profit off of dead babies, dead inside going crazy
Smoke got me feelin hazy with the heckler bout to go brazy
Gotta stay grounded though
Inhale and exhale out the nose
God only knows, information overload
Goin down this lonely road, but I got my squad with me though
Keep it a buck 50 only real ones with me
Building community shiftin consciousness swiftly
From the country to the city we need food security
Insecurity and greed makes the Mother bleed
While these monsters feed off of evil deeds
It’s imperative that we stand together in the weeds lifeboat full of hope save us drownin in the sea

There are lots of things to be said. I am mourning and grieving the loss of all human life.

The first thing I thought of when I came to the rally was seeing all the little ones running around and impassioned for the cause. It brought me flashbacks of mothers and fathers digging through the rubble and holding their dead children in their hands. I burst into tears. Those images will last with me forever.

I don’t know what to do or how to process this but I have the privilege along with many others in the west, who’s immediate families aren’t directly effected, to put the screen down and look away. I don’t think it will do anyone any good to be taking in that level of traumatic imagery all day everyday. To outright ignore it and act like it’s not happening definitely isn’t the answer, especially when it’s our country and President and arms and bomb manufacturers right here on this land, which is stolen Indigenous land, who are responsible. We are watching what happened to the Native Americans happen in real time and modern era in Palestine.

The people in power here and in Israel are war criminals and some of the most inhumane display of greed and complete disregard for human life.

If you’re still talking about Hamas and support any part of the genocide perpetrated by Israel and the U.S. then the blood is also on your hands. These are innocent people, babies, mothers, fathers being slaughtered by the thousands while the whole world watches. I like to think of myself as a generally positive person but these events along with all the genocides around the world have shaken me to the core. I’m not okay. I would rather die fighting for what I believe in than live as someone who ignores the cries of the children of the world.

We must do better!! We need to look out for each other. How many calls and letters and people screaming ceasefire do our “elected” officials need to hear to stop supporting genocide. Maybe it’s time to take more drastic actions. Nothing has ever actually changed from phone calls and letters. These monsters will only respond to pressure to remove them from office and try them as war criminals guilty of genocide and crimes against humanity by @danielsunstudios
