13 Peaks Highlights 🏔️

A quick recap of all 13 Peaks! Thank you to everyone who supported me, joined me on the trails and kept me going along the way. ❤️

I have SO much footage, so there will definitely be more to come, but here’s a little taste of the adventure.

I seriously take my hat off to anyone who runs this in 48 hours. Some people even do it in a single day! 😮‍💨

I tackled it over 7 days, spread across 3 months, and honestly, I loved doing it this way.

If you’ve been wanting to do the 13 Peaks but don’t fancy doing it all at once, hit me up. I’d 100% recommend taking it on as a multi day hike! 🥾⛰️ taken in Table Mountain Capetown by @daniistry

I don’t know if I told you. But I like hiking!

My goal was 4 hikes in the month x next challenge: 13 Peaks Challenge over the following weekends.

Signal Hill and Lions Head done. Next would be Maclears Beacon > Groot Kop > Judas Peak.

I’ve beeeeeen meaning to post the BTS of Die Brug S2.

This was such a magical journey. A tiring job, but incredibly rewarding. From riding my boat all day on the dam, to aging wooden homes deep in the forest, making fake spider webs and dangling from wooden towers, and draping them with plants and ropes… all in all, a pretty good day at the office.

I tried to be really present in every moment, and I cried on the last day because I didn’t want it to end. George stole my heart, awakened the adventure babe within me, and ultimately became one of the reasons I decided to move back to Cape Town.

Thank you to the beautiful team whose paths crossed with mine, and thank you to my lovely humans @reg_hart and @nartjieloots for coming into my life.

May there be many more beautiful experiences like this ✨ by @daniistry
