Trapeze was my favorite obstacle at @themidwestocr today. I love swinging! Makes me want to go to circus school 😂

@themidwestocr was AMAZING today!!! They put together a tough course that pushes the strongest pros. I didn't make it through a lot of the harder obstacles like "When Pegs Fly", but it was still fun to practice on them and tromp through the mud with friends. I've been blessed to run all 3 years of this race, and I can't wait for next year!

Last weekend was my first time at @blackswamprunner , and Lord willing it won't be my last! This race is really well-priced. They had some unique obstacles (Bigfoot and Littlefoot were my favorites!), and a fun, relaxed atmosphere with friendly volunteers that brightened up the course and a very personable, outgoing director.

@mrs_haynes1995 and my niece and I were able to explore Mt Charleston last week. It's a lot of elevation, but it's so beautiful and worth the climb! taken in Cathedral Rock Trail by @daniraehoff
