What motivates you to go hiking? I can't speak for everyone but I do know for myself life wouldn't be the same without my constant escape to wild places. It's a really indescribable feeling to be alone with your own thoughts, forcing you to find yourself. Thankfully these feet of mine have taken me to some very exciting places, and I hope that alone motivates you to find those places too...

Sometimes you gotta road trip your own country to realise how beautiful it is????. Some friends and I roadtripped through the valley of Phander and shandor a couple of months back. I was really surprised about what especially the little Phander valley had to offer. Complete solitude, with only a few tourists and 8000 locals and Phander was all about trout fishing. It's one of those memory that i will cherish when i get old.

Glamping pakistan is situated at Bara Pani, about 2.5 hours from Chilam Choki and Skardu, and 4.5 hours from Astore. While the resort offers good facilities, the prices are quite high, which is common for remote glamping sites. The staff is excellent, with a chef from Lahore trained at high-end hotels. However, there are no directional signboards to help tourists find the resort.

They provides warm water facilities and charges for fishing rods, which are of good quality. If you plan to fish in Deosai, bring your own fishing wire and hooks. A night stay is recommended for those who enjoy stargazing. Deosai frequently experiences rain, so staying at the resort can keep you dry. Other camping options in the area often have issues with camp conditions and clean bathrooms.

One downside is that Glamping Pakistan does not allow outside food, which can be inconvenient. Allowing guests to bring their own food would be a welcome change. Otherwise, the resort is a great place to stay for at least two days to fully enjoy Deosai National Park and its surroundings.

Ratti Gali Lake is an alpine glacial lake that is fed by the gigantic glacial melt of Karakoram Mountain Range. Additionally, it is elevated at an altitude of 12,130 ft. above the sea level. Further, it provides the most pleasant environment even in summers.

The beauty of Ratti Gali Lake never fails to mesmerize its beholder. That makes a perfect combo for the visitor in the form of pleasant climate and astonishing backdrop.

Above all, a base camp area just a few kilometres before the lake also plays a pivotal role in capturing tourist to this place. Where a small lake flows and gives the trekkers a life from its cold crystal clear water.

At first, you have to take a jeep ride from the Dowarian, a place in Neelum Valley. After a 2 hour drive on a jeep, you will reach the base camp area. Afterwards, it takes almost 2-hour trekking from the base camp to the famous Ratti Gali Lake, or you can also hire a horse ride.
