We showed up in boots & found a few Friends in Low Places!
We sang our hearts out, laughed, we danced, we may have shed a tear or two, and we made amazing memories…
and we Ain’t Goin’ Down without saying it was one of the best nights ever!

🇺🇸25 years later.
In a beautiful town in the state of Wyoming.
Living a life I could have never imagined.
Seeing beauty everywhere through eyes filled with tears as I re-live and remember a day that I can never forget. A day that changed the course of my life forever.
I am filled with gratitude for this chance to live and to remember.

I went way out of my comfort zone this year and shared my full story aloud on the podcast Friendly Fire, A Voice for Veterans. I will share the link to the recording as soon as I have it.

25 years - honoring the nearly 3,000 lives taken on September 11, 2001, and every person who has carried their memory since. Their light continues in acts of service, in kindness to neighbors, and in a nation that chooses to stand together.

Apparently I collect champagne-loving Virgos. Back to back nights celebrating two of my favs🥂♍️💕

Dinner at Shoto DC — a @trophybodypt recommendation that absolutely delivered. Great drinks, even better food, and the kind of company that makes a random Tuesday feel like an occasion.

This past Sunday - 9 short hours after she finished the closing show of Frozen with @fairfaxcitytheatre Miss P again headed back to Fairfax but this time to kick off the @swimnvsl All-Star Dive meet by singing the National Anthem. To say I’m proud is an understatement❤️ I admire her dedication and hard work in pursuit of her goals and dreams. I love being her Mom and her biggest Fan. by @daniseltzer

A few months ago I shared something that made me feel incredibly vulnerable… I was losing my hair.

Today? I’m trying to tame all these wild baby hairs. 😂

I’ll happily take the gray if it means it’s growing back. Between the improvements I’ve seen in my joints, my skin, my gums, and now my hair, I’m just so grateful I upgraded to Life+ Liquid Collagen.
