Wanted to recap some of these champs first time at the national level, and so proud to say they all showed up🥹

@dr.z.lawrence time and time again racking up PR’s every single meet while IN MED SCHOOL shows just how discipled and impressive he has been these last years, and to bring it out on the national level is all the more impressive.

@lift_lily has always expressed how difficult squatting was with her leverages, but today we have finally kicked that wall down, and are on the hunt for so much more now that we’ve figured out the formula. Bench and deadlifts are shining through like nothing before with perfecttt execution from her!

@harrysquatter__ took over the PA scene, and despite the unfortunate ruling we had on squats, we were able to show up extremely strong on the day, with a massive 12.5kg deadlift ATPR, even after dealing with a back injury!! We’ve got the formula and ready to keep it rolling.

It’s not easy to show out at your first national competition, but these guys truly are exceptional 🫶 by @dannybenches225
