USAPL Raw Junior Nationals
Man what a ride it’s been. I’m forever grateful for this experience and for the never-ending support I’ve had. Every meet recap I always say it was the toughest prep I’ve ever had and i realized that’s the only way it’s going to be as I get older and it is up to me to be stronger and to always face the adversities head on. I’ve had a lot of things I’ve had to deal with behind the scenes and I definitely considered dropping out of the meet a handful of times but I’m so happy I saw it through. Grateful for the ppl that I lift with who’ve reminded me why I do what I do. Very grateful to see and make new friends at nats and to meet so many people

To @0biwanjabroni who has been my coach for the last 3 years, and one of my closest friends in powerlifting from the bottom of my heart thank you forever for your mentorship, leadership, dealing with my hardheadedness and for always keeping my head up when I would always be negative to myself. There’s not many coaches and friends out there like you and I wouldn’t be the person I am without you.

Thank you so much @supersinco1_ for handling me after 5 days of reffing and @dannybenches225 both who’ve been in my corner throughout the last two preps and have always kept it real and pushed me to do better when I didn’t and for always letting me talk things out and reminding me about the bigger picture and why this sport means so much. And for @fiupowerlifting for giving me a a place to grow and meet so many people and friends who have taught me so much. I can’t fully express my gratitude through words but just know I’m so grateful for this life I have and to be blessed to do the things I do and to have so much more meaningfulness. Thank you to my family especially my father for being my biggest role model.
I’m excited for the future ahead and we’ll be back in Albany better than ever. Let’s get to work @dannybenches225

Missed that first squat on depth. Got an extra attempt on bench due to some safety rack shenanigans in my first. Still jumped the command. Can’t thank @ibbyslifts enough for his patience man, I was tweaking this whole meet, and he really was out there fighting for me. I have GOT to thank my coach @lucasmf._ cuz I really wouldn't be able to do it without him. Prep is always a blast.

Had a bunch of fun and I’m definitely happy with getting a meet pr, but I know I can give just a bit more than what I gave on the day. Everything else surrounding the meet was just as fun. Had a great set of roommates and got to hang out with a great set of people.

Genuinely blessed to get to do what I do; Traveling all around for competitions like this is always a reminder of how much I love this sport and the people in this sport. I can’t wait to continue to grow within it and make an infinite amount of memories with the people that I have been blessed with from this sport. Till the next one 😌

I’m very happy to be able to be at cnats this year and to help out with running this meet alongside with the team. It meant the most for those who let me handle them on such a big stage and it means a lot for trusting in me. I’m so proud of this team and I love @fiupowerlifting . In every world I wish I could’ve qualified and competed along with the team, but life goes on. As the semester ends and I get ready to graduate, I’m very thankful for this club and being involved with it for the last 3 years and I’m very grateful for leading the club as president in my last semester. I’ve met so many great ppl who’ve become good friends of mine. I wish you all the best and thank you all for this honor and for these memories. 🐾

CNATS recap 🐆
I’m just so happy to say this meet was a world of a difference from my first #notachycardia and actually slept through the night. I genuinely had the best spotters in the world shoutout to you guys for being goated and hyping me up every single time especially Troy for giving me some motivating words in the back you were the best.

Ive been struggling with squat for a very very very long time but this was honestly the best it has ever felt. Silly depth call but I still hit that #idgaf depth-wise it genuinely looked identical to my opener 💔 Bench I just wanted to hit 90 this meet, hence taking it as my second, so that’s fire. I was originally hoping for a little more on deadlift but I am #notapuller and my energy tanked, either way I was happy with 150 as you can see. I’m pretty sure I had more in the tank anyway but it’s calm. Ended up with a 15kg meet PR

Thank you @fiupowerlifting my team for allowing me to be here, as well as the best president @ibbyslifts for literally requesting to switch to my platform to SC there and giving me his support as well. Of course my amazing coach @dannybenches225 , thank you for everything especially for putting up with me when I get anxious. Thank you to everyone who watched, messaged me or supported. 🩷🐥
