POSTS STORIES REELS

Tomorrow is the day! ❤️

Una cover, tante storie da raccontare. E la felicità di vederle finalmente in edicola.

Domani, 29 ottobre, torna ELLE Gourmet @ellegourmet_italia .

See you on newsstands! 🖤

Very happy to share my new @ellegourmet_italia cover shot from @glam.venezia with @chef_enricobartolini, @donato_ascani & @ottaviowineambassador.

Can’t wait to share the rest of the story, including some fantastic portraits of the guys, beautiful shots of the dishes and the stunning restaurant.

And there’s more… I also have a story in this issue with some fantastic winemakers from @franciacorta.

A big thank you to @saratieni and @ravasiomanu for making this all happen and for trusting me with these stories. ❤️

And of course, thank you to all the incredible people who made these shoots so much fun to work on.

ELLE Gourmet Summer Edition 🔥

An inspiring day at Riviera, Chef Francesco Sodano’s restaurant overlooking the timeless beauty of Lake Garda.

A pleasure to document a culinary vision rooted in elegance, creativity, and a deep connection to place.

Grateful to @ellegourmet_italia, @saratieni, and @ravasiomanu for the opportunity, and to @francescosodanochef and the entire team for their warm welcome and extraordinary cuisine.

Golden hour.
Soft light, still water, olive trees, and the timeless calm of San Vigilio on Lake Garda.

A place that feels suspended in time — where the evening light turns everything into poetry.

Happy World Chocolate Day! 🍫

Anyone who knows me knows I’m an absolute sucker for great chocolate—and @mastbrothers has been one of my favorites for years. Their bean-to-bar approach, beautiful craftsmanship, and incredible flavors make some of the best chocolate in the world.

If you’ve never tried them, put them on your list.

Nothing feels more natural and rewarding than catching your own food. And few things, in general, are as divine as entering the blue and having the world go silent. The stone crab Bloody Mary at the end, the cherry. Dolphin not optional! A must

As a photographer, I often have the heartfelt privilege of entering other people's lives, being invited in, and spending a day in their shoes.

With careful, attentive observation through the lens, a new world opens up, and tender moments of life become a lifetime of stories.

Here, while in Sicily, I found this family altar in a restaurant kitchen, allowing me to travel through time alongside this lovely family and, in my imagination, live a day in their life.
A day I loved, one that affirmed the importance of family

Parmigiano Reggiano is one of the world’s most beloved and iconic cheeses.
Signaling a generational, and importantly, a historic gender shift in modern Italian agriculture and food production, I ventured to the beautiful hills south of Parma with La Cucina Italiana @lacucinaitaliana to discover how cheese master Alessia Zini from “4 Madonne” crafts and transforms roughly 550 liters of raw milk into one of her multi-award-winning Parmigiano Reggiano wheels
