Growing up watching American Gladiator, MXC, Legends of the Hidden Temple and Ninja warrior made me always wish I had the chance to do it. So years ago when I saw a Spartan Race ad on the Subway I thought here is my chance. But it was just a Fantasy at the time with no clear path.

I would say this wouldn't be possible until @newyorkicetee was honest with me and told me that I needed professional help on my body building journey, because I was just going to the gym with no real progress. So that's when I met @salvatore.golfo, the trainer who taught me how to properly grow my strength, and push myself beyond my limits.

Having a Nationally Ranked Power lifter best friend will give you inspiration of what focus and commitment can do, having a trainer that looks like a super hero will inspire you too, but it's the love and support you give them and they give you that makes you even better.

This has been a life goal of mine and it's only the first so I want to thank everyone that was there, because it was the whole team that helped me succeed and have the time of my life. Did my body almost give out? Yes, but it didn't because I wanted to finish.

When things are pretty chaotic you have to take a second to pause and think. Look at all the better memories you have, and trusting the flow of the universe. If circumstances were worse who knows who I would be, but that's the thing, the circumstances are good.
I am trying to learn to fight for what I want, as the world isn't handed to you just cuz you ask. But will be flowing where the energy and the vibes are right.
Keep the good memories close, and momentos to keep you going.

Just be you, anything else isn't really worth the energy or effort by @dannymen88

It seems like the end of the world, and that's a good thing. End of the old ways where black people are assaulted and arrested, and harassed, and killed just for existing. The America people idolized and believed has been a lie for so long that it's amazing and sad it lasted this long. May this fight be a knock on the door to start a real conversation, one that can talk about not selling every piece of land to the rich, and the foreign. That I don't have a nice place to live cuz rent is too high and it's all airbnbs so the rich can get richer. That when the world is in a pandemic that regular people one get 1 check while multi billion dollar companies and sports teams take OUR taxes and pay themselves like they didn't have money! You ain't have savings.
The looting is crazy, but we been getting looted of human decency for years, real rights, real protections from the bullshit. It's time to make a statement and change things, we can't only change things when it's all hit the fan and blown up, there has to be constant improvements.

Extraordinary moments happen because you want them to be, because pursuing what makes you happy is the key. Whether it be with certain people or doing certain actions. It's living your script that matters, can't wait for someone else to tell you how to be happy, how the fuck they supposed to know??? by @dannymen88

First festival, not the last. The experience was great due to the right people and being able to laugh with my family. Thanks Rolling loud, even with the delays, a 8 hour party is always fun by @dannymen88

Growing up as a only child wasn't bad since my cousins were my siblings, and @captaindanvers was my big sister that taught me how to be me and how to be cool. She's pregnant and finally having a kid with @fresheljar. Let the good times roll #waitedforthepics #family Levi will eventually be here by @dannymen88

It's good to be back home even with the cold. There's mad shit I need to do lol but now there is time to actually do it. Home sweet home, Sydney was still fun and will be missed... But you can't beat this my first weekend back proves that taken in New York, New York by @dannymen88
