This is me taking my own advice.

Get out of your own head and do the thing! I’m not sure about you all but I tend to overthink, or over analyze just about everything. Or I try to then perfect it because of my OCD and nothing gets done. I would be a hypocrite if I didn’t post this and blame the fact that the mic turned off during my 3 mins and David had to use a boom mic from 600 yards away resulting in me sounding like I have a nose clip on my nose or the worlds worst sinus infection. I could make that excuse, and normally would.

But not Danny data.

30 years old today. A ton of ups and downs, lessons learned, and a whole lot of growing up and maturing. Both personally and professionally. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank all of you for all of the texts, calls, support, friendship etc. Feeling very grateful and appreciative today.

Thankful for my family, friends, Signature, everyone within the @theoneilteam_ organization. My mentors, colleagues: everyone. I would not be half the person I am today without all of you. I tried to find some of my favorite pictures but there are too many to post. So rather here are 10 with absolutely zero context. And I also wrote down what I think are the most important lessons I’ve learned at 30.

Thank you everyone ❤️

Giving is living.
Happiness is not for sale.
Success is perspectival
Health is underestimated.
You don’t need everyone to like you.
I am not the center of the universe
Jealousy is a wasted emotion
Awareness is the most precious freedom
The power of forgiveness
We are scared for no reason
The importance of relationships. Surround yourself with good people. The right people.
Be in the present
Everyone has their own journey
Never stop learning
Low expectations, high gratitude
It’s okay to ask for help
Pretending to be perfect doesn’t make us perfect
Stop comparing yourself to others
The past does not equal the future.
Mistakes are okay. So long as you don’t repeat them, They are just lessons.
Doubt kills.
It’s okay to fail. Pick yourself up and try again.
It’s okay to wait
Do the right thing, always
Be kind to those you know and to those you don’t.
Listen
Learn to say no
Give back
Take accountability
