Remember the shipwreck that washed up on the south shore of Nantucket during the nor’easter? Some experts initially thought the fragments were part of the 1884 cargo ship the Warren Sawyer. Turns out, they were wrong.

Massachuetts’ Underwater Archaeologist, David Robinson told @danreidyreports the wreckage measurements don’t match the Warren Sawyer. And from what he can tell, this newly found piece is a portion of the side of a shipping barge mostly made of hard yellow pine, with some other woods for smaller planks. by @danreidyreports

Judy Hinchey was denied a license to keep Clover, her miniature horse, in her Auburndale backyard. Newton's Health and Human Services Department cited city regulations requiring that large animals such as horses, cattle, and donkeys have their manure stored at least 100 feet from other lot lines, which isn't possible on Hinchey's property. She argues that Clover, a 28.5-inch, 65-pound mini horse, shouldn't qualify as a "large animal."

The city has given Hinchey until October 19th to remove Clover from the premises. She told @danreidyreports she plans to fight the decision in court. by @danreidyreports
