Fitness does not run in my family at all! Most of my family have rarely even seen a gym. And it's safe to say that this was passed down to me as a kid because I hated sports. I was not in shape at all and I really didn't like any form of exercise. When I got older I realised the need to be in better shape for my health so I got into the gym and then I discovered pole. If only my PE teacher could see me now he would be GOBSMACKED HAHA! Did anyone else have similar growing up? by @danrosenpole
