What a sweet way to end the summer with @danstasteli White Party and be featured on @danspapers! 🥺🤍

As someone who genuinely loves to dress up, trying out food and going places to eat and drink, it’s such a full circle moment to be featured. What started as simply sharing the things I love has turned into something I get to call my work.

Growing this platform has introduced me to amazing people, brands, local businesses and connections that I never take for granted! And through that I get to host my own intimate events as well! ❤️

It still amazes me that I get to build a life around the things I genuinely love. If sharing this journey inspires even just one person to go after what lights them up, then I served my purpose as content creator! 🫶🏽✨ by @danstasteli

It’s been a hell of a summer - had to finish it out in style at the Dan’s Taste LI White Party. 🦪

Huge thanks to @danspapers and @danstasteli for inviting us to shuck and serve at all of the incredible Summer Series events…it’s really been a blast seeing so many people enjoying the authentic blue point flavor we work hard to cultivate.

We’re sad to close out our best summer yet, but the fun is just beginning. Stay tuned to learn where you can find us next, and don’t forget to book an elevated raw bar for your holiday events. 🎉

One of our FAVORITE events of the summer! @danspapers knows how to throw a party, and this weekend’s Dan’s White Party was such a fun celebration of everything we love about the East End — incredible local restaurants, farms, brands, drinks and so many talented people all in one place.

We ate our way through many delicious bites and the drinks truly never stopped. Aperol & Sarti Spritzes, margaritas, wine, SunCruisers, beer and so much more — there was something new to try everywhere you turned.

And then there was the DANCING. 💃🏼 DJ Theo kept the party going all night, and the incredible dancers from Karma & Soul Entertainment brought SO much energy and made the entire night feel like one big celebration. We seriously did not want it to end!

Of course, the best nights are always about who you spend them with. 🤍 We went with our friends @drinkinglongisland and @avellinofarms and had the BEST time together — plus we got to catch up with so many other amazing Long Island creators and influencers throughout the night. One of my favorite parts of events like this is seeing so many people we’ve met through this little corner of the internet all together IRL. 🥹

Dan’s Papers hosts so many amazing summer events every year, celebrating the food, drinks and businesses that make the East End so special, but we have to say… the White Party might officially be our favorite. 🤍🥂

Already counting down until next summer!

Dan’s Taste brought Summer 2026 to a spectacular close on Saturday, August 29th 🤍

As guests dressed in their finest white gathered for the final celebration of the Dan’s Taste Summer Series, I couldn’t help but feel incredibly proud and grateful to be part of such a special evening.

For me, this was more than just another culinary event. It was an opportunity to share my passion, represent my Ecuadorian roots, meet incredible people, and celebrate alongside my amazing culinary team.

Thank you to Dan’s Taste for giving me the opportunity to be part of this unforgettable experience.

One more event. One more beautiful chapter. And once again, we didn’t just cooked, we created memories together. 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

The proper way to say goodbye to summer...

We attended Dan's Taste and Dan's Papers' final event of the summer at Hallockville Museum Farm in Riverhead, and what a way to close it out. The space was stunning, tents set up everywhere, and so many incredible local vendors and businesses all in one place.

We sampled so many wines, local spirits, and drinks, spiked or not, they had it all. DJ, dancers in gorgeous costumes, and live drums keeping the energy going all night.

Food wise, everything was good, but a few favorites I kept going back for: the oysters (always let them surprise me with the sauce), an Ecuadorian ceviche that was incredible, and a peach bruschetta I genuinely can't stop thinking about. Also had the cutest little metal tacos and some amazing pie.

Brought my girl @_nathalyann along too, she does my nails, so check them out in the pics!

Bittersweet that summer's ending, but I'm so glad this is how we closed it out. The sky was unreal, Long Island is just gorgeous when you're out in the fields at sunset.
If you missed this one, follow @danstasteli and @danspapers, they'll be back next year and tickets go FAST we need to convince them to do something for fall too?!

Shoutout to all the brands, businesses, and products!

Still thinking about this incredible night 🤍✨

We had such an amazing time at Dan’s White Party sharing our treats, meeting so many wonderful people, and being part of an event filled with great food, great energy, and even better company.

A huge thank you to @DansTasteLI and the entire team for putting together such a beautiful event and for having @dilenasdolcini be a part of it. 🍰🤍

Until the next one! ✨
