The moment after teaching.

My favourite moment.

That feeling when I’ve served as a guide for each person through their own practice.
After we’ve spent time together coming back to our body through movement, breath, control, and more.

This is when I feel most fulfilled; when I feel I’ve served you best I could through what I know and feel.

With each person taking what they need from it, in their own way, and for their own reasons.

Thank you to each person who’s joined me for gifting me this feeling 🤍

It’s so much more than movement.

Make movement fun 🌟

Sleepy chats, sunrise watching, walking through pines, brekky and coffee after. Perfect morning to reset and get away from the noise of everyday hustle x by @danyaflows

Grateful to all of you I’ve met along the way ❤️

I used to think I was an introvert, until I found a place full of connections I truly match with. These places attract a certain kind of people and I’m so grateful for feeling this @solstudios.pt 🌀🤍 taken in Ericeira by @danyaflows
