A little love letter to this summer in Ericeira 💌

Looking back at all the moments we’ve shared this year, my heart is so full. From movement and breath to journaling, dancing, deep conversations and new connections — every gathering has reminded me how special it is to create spaces where we can slow down, be ourselves, and connect with one another.

There’s something so beautiful about bringing people together who might otherwise never have crossed paths, and watching strangers become familiar faces, sharing stories, laughter, vulnerability and a little bit of magic along the way ✨

Thank you to every single person who has shown up, shared their energy, trusted me to hold these spaces, and helped bring these gatherings to life - you are the reason I love doing what I do.

The season might be winding down, but we’re not quite done yet 🌕 One more special gathering is still to come.

my first Pilates class ever and somehow it happened right by my beloved ocean 🌊

it’s funny because yoga has been part of my life for years, yet Pilates and I had never really crossed paths before
through my own practice (often Ashtanga or a stronger, more dynamic Vinyasa) I’ve thought of myself as quite strong
well… Pilates humbled me 🤣

we started with an awakening, inward-focused breathwork practice with one and only @bee_in_flow_yoga 🌀
then @danyaflows guided us through such a beautiful class with this perfect balance between acceptance and challenge

I loved discovering a completely different way of working with the body - strong, precise, playful and surprisingly intense!

definitely not my last Pilates class. I’m curious to keep exploring it as another way of building strength, enjoying movement and getting to know my body from a slightly different perspective 💪🏻
