I will no longer accept things I can’t change. Especially Disney closing Muppetvision 3D. I will hold that grudge til I freakin die

Terror at Boggy Creek invited us to attend their haunt! This is the most Florida thing you can do during the spooky season. They have great food, drinks, nighttime airboat tours, a haunted trail and a zombie truck tour equipped with glowing gel blasters. It’s such a unique, awesome experience being scared in the thick of the Florida swamplands. Also, I saw at least 6 alligators during the airboat ride. Now that I’m 50, I made the classic elderly mistake of thinking I was recording but never actually hitting the record button. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ #hauntedhouse #florida #halloween #spookyseason taken in Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures by @darkdisneypark

Did you all know you could meet HamiKuma during HHN at Universal Studios? I for one did fucking not. I happened to get a glimpse of him in a doorway while I was walking through a scare zone. The best part is there was basically no line to meet him! HamiKuma started off in Japan as a HHN mascot. He’s got a whole dark origin story. I’m so excited to see him get represented here in Orlando too 🐻 #hamikuma #hhn #halloween #meetandgreet taken in Halloween Horror Nights - Universal Orlando by @darkdisneypark

Our family went to the world famous Mai-Kai restaurant in Ft Lauderdale FL to celebrate my 50th birthday this week. It’s the most beautiful tiki restaurant I’ve ever been to. The second you pull into the driveway of the property it immerses you inTiki culture. The restaurant itself is ginormous and every inch of it is decorated with extreme attention to detail. There is a garden you can walk through adorned with waterfalls, a jungle amount of plants, tiki decor and torches. They put on a show during your dinner that is rich in history and filled up with the most talented performers. The drinks were a whole production themselves! It was so much fun! I didn’t want to leave. #maikai #tiki #tikibar #restaurant taken in Mai Kai Restaurant by @darkdisneypark

Did you all know about this?! I must’ve passed it by so many times. The spirit jersey is facing forward on the rack and the front is boring AF. But the back is super cool! Pretty much the mullet of Spirit Jerseys. Each letter represents a different attraction in the park and one of them is Muppets!! This did not come home with me because I don’t have an endless amount of money to spend on everything that has a Muppet on it lol but it was still refreshing to see them represented! #muppets #disney #spiritjersey #hollywoodstudios taken in Disney's Hollywood Studios by @darkdisneypark

Did you know that Sea World put back out all of last years Sesame Street Halloween merch and it’s all on clearance?! There’s even more than I put in this video! Sea World gives their passholders perks every month. This month we each got a $10 “Seabucks” ! The plushies were only $1.10 after applying those! I can’t wait to see the new Halloween merch that replaces it! #muppets #seaworld #sesamestreet #halloween taken in SeaWorld Orlando by @darkdisneypark

Me: Can we go to D23? Mom: No. We have D23 at home. I loved seeing all the posts from D23. There was a lot of Muppet stuff sprinkled throughout the event. It felt like there was going to be a big Muppet announcement. So many of us had the unrealistic expectation that they would bring back Muppetvision 3D or more realistically, give us something new with Muppets. That’s OK. At least they surprised us with two $40,000 Muppets for sale. Disney really knows what the average fan wants 😆 Maybe next year ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ #muppets #kermit #d23 #disney taken in Orlando, Florida by @darkdisneypark

Got the new Annual Passholder magnet featuring MFing Kermit the Frog! Looks perfect next to the Muppets license plate! Did I pay to get a personalized license plate on a vehicle that I only pay to wash like twice a year? Yup. #muppets #kermit #disney #annualpassholder by @darkdisneypark

Sorry for an outfit post but I was excited! I found the best thing at the vintage shop, @redlight.daytona ! A Kurt & Ernie shirt! It looks like it was made by a local tattoo shop @studiothirteentattoos . I paired it with a 1960’s men’s cardigan from my husband’s closet in ode to Kurt and pinned a sad Kermit to the lapel 💚 #muppets #sesamestreet #nirvana #vintage #grwm taken in Redlight Daytona by @darkdisneypark

I went to @vintageluckystar and found 2 vintage Muppet items! A pump Kermit and a 1970’s green gingham patterned skirt. Ask me why the skirt is Muppets? Funny you should ask. It perfectly matches my official Pizzerizzo table from Disney’s Hollywood Studios, that currently resides in my kitchen. Now I can match my table like I’m sure everyone else does. That’s not all! They are also giving Passholders an exclusive magic photo pass picture where you hold a banjo next to Kermit holding his little banjo!! This is so exciting! The Muppets are finally getting a passholder magnet! I’ve been hoping for this for yeeeeaaaarrrrrrs! 💚🐸💚 No info yet on where in Hollywood Studios the photo pass will be or where the magnets will be handed out. #muppets #kermit #disney #hollywoodstudios taken in Disney's Hollywood Studios by @darkdisneypark
