Three Years. 40+ Countries. Countless PRs.

From a garage idea to gear trusted in home gyms, commercial spaces, and even NFL facilities with 20+ products in 7,000+ gyms worldwide.

Over these three years, we’ve forged partnerships with some of the biggest names in the game, Rogue Fitness, Beyond Power, PRx, and Ancore Training, helping us bring fresh ideas and tougher gear to lifters everywhere.

Huge thanks to every customer, friend, family member, and anyone who’s ever shared a post. You turned a one-man project into a community.

Special shoutouts to the following and if I missed you I'm sorry, there's just so many awesome people out there that have made this possible.

Four years ago, it all started with one product: The Original Barbell Anchor.

One simple idea turned into Darko Lifting, and eventually grew into multiple products shipped to lifters around the world. But no matter how much Darko grows, the Anchor will always be the one that started it all.

To everyone who has an Anchor in their setup and represents Darko Lifting, thank you. You helped turn a simple idea into a dream come true. ⚓️

IBJJF Jiu Jitsu Con 2026 🥋✨
Gi match moments.

So thankful for the professors, coaches, teammates, friends, and family who showed up for Josie and supported her from the sidelines of the mats. 🤍

Jiu Jitsu may be an individual sport when you step onto the mat, but it takes a TEAM to get you there. Grateful for every voice cheering, every word of encouragement, and every person in her corner.

There’s nothing like having your people behind you. 🖤

Using the Rhino post as a centered Voltra mounting point! 😮‍💨

Personally I prefer not to row from the floor but I still like my feet set so that my knees are aligned with my hips. This setup feels like something you only get at a commercial gym.

The @darkolifting QuickMount lets me use the 5/8” holes on the Rhino post. Pair that with the Darko Shorty and D-Nade Handles and you’ve got a perfect setup for cable rows IMO 👌🏽

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the heroes who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We remember the first responders who ran toward danger, the families forever changed, and the countless acts of bravery, compassion, and unity that followed.

25 years later, we will never forget. 🇺🇸

🥇 2026 IBJJF Jiu Jitsu Con No-Gi 💫

Took home GOLD, but it definitely didn’t come easy. 🥇🔥

Josie had some TOUGH competitors at this tournament. Between making her yellow belt debut, stepping onto the mats already nervous, facing incredibly strong competitors, AND competing in a weight class heavier than her own, she had her work cut out for her. But she made it happen.

So much preparation, discipline, hard work, and focus went into this tournament, and watching it all come together was something special.

A huge thank you to the amazing professors and coaches who helped her prepare, train, and stay focused leading up to this weekend. And thank you to the entire V1sion team for the support every step of the way. No one does TEAM better than you guys, and we are so grateful to have this crew behind her. 🖤

Proud of you, Josie. Keep working. Keep growing. Keep showing up. 🥇✨
