@vendettastrengthandathletics has been receiving a lot of praise for their Omega Dip Attachment, but did you know their Omega Ab Pad add on can work independently as a killer stability attachment?
Pair it with a @repfitnessequipment or @apexfitness seat pad and you are off to the races. I had a leftover spare from my Blackwing bench after I downgraded from their wide pad to their standard pad. But this also works if you have a normal Apex seat pad leftover from the split seat upgrade. All the more reason to make that upgrade if you’ve been eyeing it bc now you can reuse the old piece, but if you just want this stability pad function both Rep and Apex do sell their seat pads separately as well.

No matter what your layout or set up is, there is a combo here that should work. If you do choose to duplicate this set up, or were not aware of the already popular @darkolifting Tresher Pad, I do have affiliates with Rep, Apex, and Darko & would appreciate your support.

Going from a 4 post bedroom setup where I had to hack every other movement to a garage gym has been a huge quality of life boost. Can squeeze workouts into tighter windows. Hitting some high-low chest flies with the @trakfitness handles modded with red @darkolifting handles. Able to space my @beyondpowerofficial Voltras almost 90” apart to get a really deep stretch #chest #homegym

Even though I wasn’t overly impressed with the knurling on these @gym_pin Quick Release D handles they’re definitely a nice alternative for pull downs and row. I definitely like the rotation on the handles when paired with the Longy Bar from @darkolifting

Day 5
Strengthening legs and working on improving ROM and controlling forward lean and other bad mechanics. More plyo and mobility tomorrow.
I know, I know squatober doesn’t use a box AND I know my ROM depth isn’t there. I’m really trying, but I don’t know if I’ll ever get back to great knee flexing. Anyway, love my new Chewy bar from @americanbarbell. Still trying to break it in. Also, hitting the rows with @darkolifting tiny bar and open d-made handles hits a lot better here than the curls I tried it with. I like using the @beyondpowerofficial Voltra to add some extra spice as usual and trying it out as resistance to my dragonfly at the end.
A great day, feeling strong.
Feeling sore.
Feeling like I have so much room to grow, but enjoying the journey along the way!
