Felt like descending into a surreal ocean documentary in the heart of the Cyprus Mediterranean📽️🪼

Surrounded by hundreds of jellyfish, deep below the surface. In moments like this, performance and numbers completely disappear. It’s just pure presence, peace, and being part of the wild ocean. Thanks for capturing @dars.systems 🎥

80 meters down, writing the soundtrack to my own journey🧜🏼‍♀️

When I wrote these lyrics, I wanted to capture the exact feeling of the blue—the silence, and the trust it takes to fall into the deep. Reaching my first 80m dive at the Freedom Nordic Cup, paired with the new remix of Different World, feels like bringing two of my biggest passions into one complete memory.💙

Falling through time, space and jellyfish 🪼

Last day of the competition. Not a dive I trained for.

Nevertheless, I actually really enjoyed this dive and all its different aspects.

From feeling like I managed the first part of the dive well, to having soft, big jellyfish landing on my head, to the ascent - which turned into a long thought process about how to use those beautiful @cetma_composites_official fins I borrowed from @freediving_spearo and had only tried once before 😆

The dive time tells the story of the lack of training 🐌😄

But somehow, this dive still earned me a CMAS National Record 🇩🇰

Among other things, bifins technique will be on the agenda for next training season with @riccardobuffoli 🫡😉

Follow me as I ascend from 53 meters in Constant Weight No Fins (CNF) - a dive that earned me a national record and a personal best 🇩🇰

Not least; a first place 🥇 in The Freedom Nordic Cup.

I didn’t have any goals for CNF this year, but after a few training dives where I felt strong and ready, I decided to go for it.

Can’t wait to keep working on this beautiful discipline next season 🌊
