D I S A P P O I N T M E N T … can sit with gratitude. And dealing with disappointment is so much a part of sport, as with life 🤍 Gutted to have lost EQ today, but grateful for the many ways in which I have progressed and a truly beautiful ascent 🥰 Tomorrow I rest, reset and prepare for my last dive of this Worlds ✨✨ Ohh and wait till you see the @aidafreediving therapy cat that makes an appearance with @iranafunclub and I at the end 🐱🥰 And special thanks to UK team coach also videographer @one_breath_freediving 🙏💙 Mostly shot on @gopro Mission 1 PRO 📷 Cover shot by @thewatercyclexperience 🙏💙 Depth footage from Kalamata by @dars.systems 💙

Today I followed the @aidafreediving Freediving Depth World Championship live from my laptop. Women’s CNF day 💪🏼 Earlier this year, I had this specific event as my main goal to train towards. As the year went on, though, it became clear that I couldn’t find any real purpose in participating. The amount of time, money, and planning I would have had to put into it simply wasn’t worth it for me - I couldn’t justify the sacrifices, and it didn’t feel meaningful. Now that I’m watching, I have zero FOMO 😄 So I’m still happy with my decision. I’m sure there will be another time when this specific event will be the right priority, but not in 2026 ✌🏼 Best of luck to all my fellow freedivers taking part! I’m following along and learning 👀 from a distance. ~~~ Videos and pictures from the Danish and Nordic Championships in Cyprus this August. 📸 @daanverhoevenfreediver 🎥 @dars.systems #freediver #athlete #freedivinginstructor

K A L A M A T A Didn’t start so well with bronchitis and a nine day delayed start to training BUT it all ended well, see the penultimate slide 😁 The delay put pressure on to hit my targets in time for worlds. I could not have done it without @fabiolous_tunno who is looking after my depth prep for the Worlds. Cannot thank the team at @kalamatafreedivingacademy enough - I LOVED training there, I love the centre and the set up, the safety and how well organised everything is. Already planning when I can be back 🙏💙 And @tea.k_inesiology for keeping me in the gym and, our biggest work, on my bi-fins technique 😁

One of the best dives of my life. Down to -58m. The next day I would reach 59, but still the sensations of this dive were incredible and so unique. Big thanks to @kalamatafreedivingacademy for assisting in these deep dives and @dars.systems for this amazing footage. Safety: @alejandro.chaparro.ch

Felt like descending into a surreal ocean documentary in the heart of the Cyprus Mediterranean📽️🪼 Surrounded by hundreds of jellyfish, deep below the surface. In moments like this, performance and numbers completely disappear. It’s just pure presence, peace, and being part of the wild ocean. Thanks for capturing @dars.systems 🎥 Pairing this video with our song Different World just made perfect sense—because moments like this truly feel like entering a whole different world. 🎶🪐💙 @tibikebehike The moment of setting National Record 🇸🇰 @freediving_slovakia at CMAS @cmasorg Nordic Cup @freedom_freediving @martinruman_freediver 🎧 Different World ( deep Sea Intro Version), NeliU 🎸 @martin.mato.94695 🎛️ @jara_steamerman 🔉 @janzborovjan • • • #freediving #naturedocumentary #cinematicmusic #ocean #jellyfish

80 meters down, writing the soundtrack to my own journey🧜🏼‍♀️ When I wrote these lyrics, I wanted to capture the exact feeling of the blue—the silence, and the trust it takes to fall into the deep. Reaching my first 80m dive at the Freedom Nordic Cup, paired with the new remix of Different World, feels like bringing two of my biggest passions into one complete memory.💙 🧜 Huge thanks to my coach Martin Ruman @martinruman_freediver for guiding and leading me to this depth 🧜🧜🏼‍♀️ safeties @tibohulet @evgeniakonstantinou @freedom_freediving 🎥 Forever grateful to DARS @dars.systems capturing this journey ⌚️Thankful to be supported by GARMIN Slovakia @garmin_sk 🩵So happy for that surface kiss from my boy @freedom_freediving 💋 🤿 Glad to be part of @freediving_slovakia 🎵 Track: “Different World (NeliU, ¥Z Remix)” @jara_steamerman @tibikebehike #freediving #freedivingcompetition #newremix #songwriting #cmas
