We’re so honoured to be included once again in the House & Home 100 🤍

To be recognized alongside so many talented designers, makers, and creatives whose work we admire is something we’re incredibly grateful for.

Being included in the House & Home 100 is a wonderful honour, but this recognition really belongs to the people behind the work. The endless details, big ideas, problem-solving, laughs, and all the little things that happen behind the scenes — none of it happens without this team. 🎯

Thank you to the @houseandhomemag team for including us and for celebrating the people and ideas shaping the world of design. We’re truly honoured to be part of it.

And to all of our fellow Canadian designers — let’s keep grinding, creating, and showing the world just how much incredible talent we have right here at home. 🇨🇦 by @dartstudioinc

The best part of any project? Seeing the client’s reaction when they finally get to see it all come together. 🥹

Project Diamond has been two years in the making, and after all the planning, custom pieces, wallpaper, arches and many details, the big reveal was finally here.

We’ll let their reactions speak for themselves. ✨ by @dartstudioinc

From concept to reality. ✨

Watching ideas come to life never gets old. This is the before and after of the principal bedroom at Project Easy Peasy—our parents’ condo renovation.

Our vision was to create a space that felt warm, layered, and calming while making every inch work harder. Seeing it transform from an outdated bedroom into a retreat they’ll enjoy every day is exactly why we love what we do.

What do you think of the transformation? 🤍 by @dartstudioinc

Let us guess: that home renovation has been on your mind for a while.

You have the inspiration, but turning it into a plan is where you’re getting stuck. That’s where we come in. Our team brings interior design and project management together to guide your renovation from those first ideas through to the finished home.

Back upstairs at Project High Park, where several bedrooms and a shared bathroom are making way for a primary suite and a separate guest suite.

For our clients, parents of three boys, this means a space of their own, complete with a generous walk-in closet, a soaker tub by the window and custom millwork throughout.

Getting every detail into place takes plenty of coordination, site visits and problem-solving. Join Adam and Tatra for a look at how design and project management come together as this floor takes shape.

Our clients @dartstudioinc know a beautiful marble slab when they see one, and they know the right hardware to pair with it.

We love seeing plumbing hardware take centre stage, especially when it’s a @perrinandrowe brass bridge faucet this good.

The things that feel most “worth it” in a renovation usually aren’t just about how they look. They’re the decisions that make everyday life noticeably better.

Custom millwork that makes better use of every inch. Second-floor laundry that eliminates the constant baskets up and down the stairs. An ensuite that gives the adults their own space. A banquette that becomes the spot for breakfast, homework, crafts and everything in between. Panel-ready appliances that let the cabinetry take centre stage.

And a few honourable mentions: water closets for a little extra privacy and gas fireplace inserts for making cold mornings significantly better.

The best renovation investments are the ones you appreciate long after the project is finished, because they were designed around how you actually live.

What was 100% worth the money in your renovation?

Last night was a pretty special one for DART. 🤍

We walked away from the DDA Awards celebrating wins for Project Derelict, Project Bloor West III, Project Old Toronto and Project Summerhill, projects we’re incredibly proud to have our name on. To have our work recognized alongside so much talent in Canada’s design community is something I’ll never take for granted.

But there was one award that felt a little different.

Receiving the Influencer’s Choice Award was incredibly meaningful, but if I could change the name engraved on that trophy, I’d put Jenna’s right beside mine.

She’s my sister, but she’s also the person behind the scenes constantly pushing me to show up, encouraging me when I’d rather stay behind the work, giving me the feedback I sometimes don’t want to hear, and reminding me that sharing what we do is part of building DART too.

So while I may be the one you see on camera, there is very much a Jenna behind it, and this one feels just as much hers as it does mine.

A really special night for our entire team, the people behind these projects, and the people behind the people. Very grateful. 🤍 by @dartstudioinc

A kitchen transformation without changing the footprint.

For our Playter Estates project, we worked within the existing layout and focused on making every inch work harder. Custom cabinetry runs to the ceiling, creating much-needed storage while keeping the space feeling clean and intentional. Warm wood tones, classic detailing, layered lighting and carefully considered finishes bring depth and character, while the reworked cabinetry gives everything a place to live.

Same walls. Same footprint. A kitchen that finally feels as good as it functions. by @dartstudioinc
