To celebrate, I’ve released two tracks from it today, which culminate in a singular video directed by the incredible @bridgettewinten ❤️ It gives a Lynchian/Maya Deren vibe and I’m so in love with it and how it came together. We filmed it on 16mm @kodak_shootfilm . Full clip in ➰

Also pls read the lovely words by my dear @atmoskerriks on the beloved site or YouTube description. They wholly capture the energy and chaos ❤️

I had a great time being part of a mushy human monster ball, shadow puppet and weird upside down leg flower in this new @thatgalro clip 🫶 dream team of @didirri_ (director), @___just.tom___ (gaffer), Rowena and @adelemaree_studio

The song and clip are out today, and her new record is out Friday. It’s been a joy to work behind the scenes on this record thru @beloved__records , can’t wait to share it fully.

Rowena is playing a free show at @sound_merch this Friday from 6-8pm to celebrate, see you there? by @darvidthor

2024 class of my “be there / anemoia” video clip 🫶

We filmed a scene at the church across the road from my house with these wonderful humans, and I hadn’t seen this first pic til today when @bridgettewinten texted it to me.

Bridgette directed this so wonderfully, and @___just.tom___ literally chased me down the beach in sand with a heavy camera. The best DOP.

I loved dancing in this video and I hope you love watching it 🫶 revisit in the 🔗 by @darvidthor

music from tangerine, who will take us on a peaceful, gentle and contemplative ambient DJ set to close the night; a debut live collaboration from Zoltan Fecso and Genevieve Fry, who bring together their worlds of ambient minimalism and lyrical improvisation, shaping moments of deep listening and an unhurried exploration of acoustic and electronic sound; and Neanderlin (DJ), a multimodal artist and Psychiatry doctor exploring Art as a vehicle for Mental Health Literacy, who crafts mood-making soundscapes, cathartic hypertempo ambient, neanderthalic ritual music, and live improv throat singing.

This is a non-alcoholic event, with drinks provided by Heaps Normal and Mateo Soda <3

Beloved and Tender acknowledge that this event takes place on the stolen and unceded lands of the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation, and pay respect to elders past, present, emerging and future.
