Groundwork with B-Boy Fuego @felip3fuego at St. Johann Bahnhof, Basel.

🏗️ At St. Johann Bahnhof, these concrete elements seem scaled to the body.Their distances, angles and levels relate surprisingly well to the proportions between joints and rotational points that play such an important role in Breaking.

⚖️ What became interesting was sharing weight with the architecture — using the sloped surfaces for support, redirecting momentum and moving between levels without treating the object simply as an obstacle. by @dasflavour

🍯Das Flavour @dasflavour and some @ab_crew ab_crew dancers pulled up at the 40 years youth center Alresheim Anniversary two weeks ago.

The three front rows where packed with kids, who screamed their little lungs out and where dancing until dawn after our show 😋

Lately we have lots of shows, stay tuned for more.

🥊 One of my rounds in the top 8 in Sarajevo in July.

🧩Over the last few months I’ve been developing a lot of new moves — and lately battles have become one of the places where I test them. This round was the first time I brought this one (over the elbows) out.
There’s something very different about developing a move in practice and then putting it into a battle, where timing, pressure, music and the opponent immediately change how it works.

🔥 I’m enjoying that process a lot right now: create, test, adjust, and bring it back again. by @dasflavour

🖼️ For the past four months, THE LIVING LINE was on view at FOR ART @littmann_kulturprojekte

Two weeks agl, the exhibition came to an end, and I’m looking back with a lot of gratitude.

👀 Part of an ongoing research with @dasflavour

🏛️On the way down from the bridge to the rhine, there is a platform seemingly made for our breaking. The cutted sphere shifts from object to partner —an extension of our bodies, a shared architecture of support.

⚖️ Rooted in Breaking, our practice investigates how movement constructs form:
how weight is distributed, how axes destabilize, how balance is continuously negotiated and how our surroundings and what we dance on, in front or besides influences how our dance is perceived.

♎ Between structure and movement,
we operate within a shifting system of support —
with the environment, and with each other.
