Wow! One of the most beautiful 2 weeks of my life ✨

This Burning Man was introspective, full of synchronicities, magic and love.

This experience reminded me once again to experience each moment fully and not waste precious time on what’s not authentic to me, consuming and worries.

The way the media has been showing it and how so many people and celebrities used it for clout or to promote their own events 🙈 Don’t even get me started, but just remember to use discernment and do your research before believing things on the internet and creating concrete belief systems about any topic in your mind 🤗

My favorite way to look at life is in a way of dance. Life’s a dance. You flow or struggle to learn new moves. You keep dancing. Sometimes slow, sometimes fast, sometimes stopping to catch a breath.

You dance to the music that is playing. Music changes from upbeat to melodic, to melancholic, then to a love song and over again.

Your dance partners leave and new ones come, those who stay transform on the inside.

You, yourself get better at dancing and sometimes your dance injuries remind you of what moves to take with caution or completely cut out of your routine.

Some may eventually realize that they can pick their own music and their own rhythm to dance to. Then life becomes easier and more enjoyable. That’s my hope for all 💓

Your worth is not determined by how much you do & how much you accomplish. 👀

In today's world of ever-running to-do lists, glorified milestones & unrealistic expectations, our brains often start associating our worth with our output.

But our true worth is NOT external. You are worthy because you exist. You are worthy because you are a part of this world at this time. You are worthy because you are literally a Divine Being connected to all Light and Energy in the Universe. You just gotta tap in!

Say it, write it, paint it, and remind yourself: I AM WORTHY OF INFINITE BLESSINGS, LOVE, ABUNDANCE, HEALTH & PEACE ✨

Send it out, and it will come back to you trifold 🫶🏼 Slow down to just BE, not DO, for a minute 💖

PS. This is not to discourage you from getting shit done ☑️ Do whatever you want & need, but remind yourself that you are worthy of all the good things no matter how much you did or didn’t do!

Portland - I did not expect to love it as much as I did. Thanks @ds.focus for putting it on my map, I would probably never visit it because I’m a sunny day loving girl.. One word - TREES. The trees, plants, vines, flowers, live fences were so beautiful. The moody shades of green all over the city made it so unique. I’m now in love with PNW.
The seafood was DELICIOUS and they were not shy with seafood portions.
Service was great and friendly everywhere I went. I chatted with strangers for recommendations on where to go and got to make some precious memories because of it. I chased the sunrises, sunsets & good coffee. Got to experience Russian music & eat Russian food 🥳
Besides the amazing engagement moment at @woodenshoefarm 🌷
My favorite spot was Hoyt Arboretum - WOW @hoytarboretum 🌲🌲🌳🪾
