I am proud and excited to announce that I have been selected as a recipient of @canfund for this season. This is the second time I am receiving support from such a great organization.

CANFund is a Not For Profit organization created to fill a funding gap and give Canadian athletes much needed financial support to train and compete for Canada. This funding goes directly to the athletes so it can be used where they need it most.

I am very grateful for the many wonderful donors to CANFund who support myself and many other Canadian athletes.

In a very stressful season with a lot of uncertainty, I am super thankful for the financial support to help me compete and try to qualify for the big race at the end of the year. taken in Beijing, China by @dat.badman

Off season gas⛽.
Training today was the fastest I've pushed since tearing my quad in 2019. I have a lot of more work to do, but I am happy to be getting back into form. Definitely a "step in the right direction" 😉.
Thanks @team.paes for keeping me focused during all the really $****y times. taken in WinSport's Canada Olympic Park by @dat.badman

As a proud Canadian, I am taking today to reflect on our country's past and educate myself to create a better future for Canada. Canada has been very good to me and what I love is that Canadians have humility. Today let's recognize that as great as Canada has been for us individually, not everyone living on this land has shared that experience.

In Canada there are 41 indigenous communities that do not have access to clean drinking water.

In the spirit of reconciliation, I acknowledge that we live, work and play on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta. taken in Treaty 7 Territory by @dat.badman

Got my @valbellagourmetfoods meat delivery today kit just in time for grilling season. The June BBQ kit has me stocked up for all the protein I need.

Valbella is located in the heart of Canmore. Valbella’s commitment to excellence paired with its European traditions and simple love for fine food, has allowed it to stand out as one of Western Canada’s most recognized meat processors.

Order online and get your own BBQ kit for $100. And the best news is they will deliver straight to your door in Calgary, Cochrane and Bow Valley. Support local and eat meat!

Athletes are known not only for their performance on the field, but also their actions off the field. We're celebrating #TeamCanada athletes like #Tokyo2020 hopeful Pamphinette (@pambuisa) who choose to step up to do good. 👏

People like Pamphinette show us that the true measure of greatness is goodness ❤️. Pamphinette is receiving a grant from the P&G Athletes for Good Fund. These grants are awarded to athletes who are advancing important work in the areas of equality and inclusion, environmental sustainability and community impact. 🤝

Watch this film from P&G Good Everyday to see how you can join us to #LeadWithLove. 🤗 Details at the link in our bio 🔗

Tough way to end an otherwise decent week. The 3 World Cups went by really fast. Thank you to coach Jeff Pain for working with us the past few weeks, it truly was a pleasure. And thank you @annafernstaedt for letting us join your team(#Czenada 😉). Now we have a few weeks to practice and prepare for the World Championships. More gas.

The views in Königssee are something else tho. And @rekords is the best in the biz at capturing them.
