Keep your Relationship and Life Fuelled Up ⛽️
Hosts🎙 @sammisomewhere + @nathjaeger
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Will you renew again for another year?

On Sunday, @nathjaeger and I celebrated 12 years of marriage.

We spent the day at a bathhouse, jumping between the pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and back again. Bliss.

Together, Nath and I have produced and released almost 200 episodes of the @dateforever Podcast—chatting with couples and experts about the tips and tools that keep a relationship fuelled up. It’s shaped our own marriage and impacted thousands of others along the way.

One of the tools we’ve loved most is our weekly happy hour - a series of check-in questions that help us stay connected and live intentionally.

On Sunday, we did an informal annual version, diving into big and small chats that definitely added some fuel to our tank.

I want to share a handful of the questions we worked through. They might help you add a little extra relationship fuel too (swipe to see Q’s)

Again I am reminded - The quality of our relationships, dramatically impacts the quality of our life. 💕 by @dateforever

Creating and maintaining great systems for your humming household with Mia Northrop from @lifeadminlifehacks 🏠

Our time is a finite resource so it makes sense to treat it with a high value, yet so often we can get caught in the trap of using a lot of our time to manage and solve small recurring life admin problems at home. Designing and implementing a few key systems at home can streamline and improve our overall life and wellbeing.
