Michael was kind enough to meet up with me so I could photograph his healed arm. My friend @daveshoemaker came down over the winter and helped with the second session where we got all the heavy black done.
This is a style of tattooing that i really enjoy and would love to explore more. Let me know if you want some heavy black!
Thanks for your strength Michael! It was great to see you! Until next time

Erik Rieth's Dragon Basics Seminar will be coming to Asbury Park NJ! What to expect: 5+ hours of intensive drawing instructionals covering dragon anatomy, composition, layout on different body parts, and more. From head to tail and everything in between (especially those pesky scales am i right?), we delve into the details and nuances that make a great dragon design for tattooing. $300 will get you a great day of learning and interaction with your peers, a new confidence in tackling one of tattooing's most powerful and difficult images, insights from Erik's 34 year career pursuing the subject, the 70 page fifth edition Dragon Basics book, with lunch & refreshments thrown right in the middle of it all. The seminar is geared towards tattooers but is open to any and all. Be aware that this is a drawing seminar and we do not cover any technical details about tattooing. Space is limited, for further info & to reserve your spot DM Erik @erik.rieth.tattoo or email floatingworld6@yahoo.com. Thanks for checking it out! 🐲🐉🐲 taken in Ninth Wave by @daveshoemaker
