Returning back from a lower back injured in May 2025 has been the hardest for me. On the left picture is my first day back 206lb. I was going thru it. Going thru depression, lost my purpose and my reason why I go to the gym. I reach out to my coach @rydr4lyf who stick with me around this journey. He even knew I was going thru it. He always checked on me and that he was proud of the work I been putting. Even if it's 2-1 lbs down. During MH6 I still followed my coaches plan and workout plan and did extra work for MH6. Now on the right is the results that I put in. I never gave up and never quit. Jobs not finish. I still have more goals to reach. When one goal is done, it's time to write more. Thank you Ronny for being there and guiding me. Our chats and our calls were most important. Thank you for taking the time. It's June and we got more goals to reach. Right picture is 169.9 lb. Don't let an injury define you. Take control of your life.

When you start doing better, people will talk-sometimes even family. Don't let it break you. Not everyone close to you wants to see you grow.
Keep winning, stay humble, and let your success speak louder than their negativity.

What did I do differently this time?
I stopped looking for a quick fix and started being consistent.
I stayed on top of my workouts, pushed myself harder, cleaned up my nutrition, stayed active, and most importantly I kept showing up even on the days I didn't feel like it.
I've tried before, but this time I finally understood that results come from what you do consistently, not what you do once in a while.
Still not finished. Still improving. But finally seeing the work pay off. 💪🔥
Consistency finally worked. Now we keep going.
Shoutout out to my coach @rydr4lyf. This wouldn't be possible without your help.
