Male model @davethaproduct starting his workout. 😂🔥

TRX Rows → TRX Standing Rollouts

The TRX Row is a bodyweight horizontal pulling movement that trains the upper back and shoulders while also challenging your grip.

The TRX Standing Rollout challenges the core in a similar way to an ab wheel rollout.

Both movements can be progressed or regressed simply by changing your body angle in relation to the ground. The more upright you are, the easier the movement becomes. The more parallel you get to the ground, the more challenging it becomes.

Very underrated equipment that is often forgotten with A lot of ways to make exercises challenging.

Thank you to my “sponsor” @wd40brand
New product dropping soon.

I’ve had multiple assessments where people came in convinced they needed extra mobility work, rehab for their hips, knees, or that something was wrong.

Then we run a proper warmup… and suddenly majority of those issues they were worried about are basically gone.

Not because anything was “fixed,” but because they were just cold, stiff, and unprepared to move.

Most people mistake that for dysfunction.

That’s where the WD-40 for rusty knees joke came from.

Now i have ppl sending me every wd40 meme they can find.

But it’s real.

Warmups are the wd40 your body needs. They’re what makes your body actually work like it’s supposed to.

If you’re injured, prone to injury, or just getting old you can’t afford to skip your warmup.

Or just buy my new product that will be out soon 😉

If you need help with your cranky knees, or need to rethink the way your warming up, comment “WD40”

The first Fitness Playground was everything we hoped for and more, and I’m beyond grateful for everyone who helped make it happen. Months of planning, countless conversations, and a lot of hard work went into bringing this vision to life.

To my team—my second family—thank you for believing in this and putting in the work behind the scenes. This event wouldn’t have been possible without every one of you.

To all of our vendors, thank you for showing up, supporting the community, and helping create an amazing experience for everyone who attended.

A special thank you to Arturo for mentoring and guiding us throughout this journey. Without your leadership and support, none of this would have been possible.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who came out and supported the event. Seeing the community come together is exactly why we do this.

This was only the beginning. We’re already excited and working toward making the next Fitness Playground even bigger and better. See you all at the next one. 💪🔥

Intensity was activated @uniq.hq. Great back session today followed by a little bit of push just to get the blood pumping. Lots of quality machines in the building and vibe was vibing. So I had to take advantage and use that positive element that was flowing.

Huge Thank You to Everyone Who Came Out to the Physique Inc. Meetup!

What an incredible weekend at @madhouse_gainsasylum ! Massive thanks to everyone who pulled up, all the amazing vendors, and each person who made this event such a success. The energy was unreal, and it's always a vibe connecting with familiar faces and meeting new ones.

We raffled off a ton of goodies, and from the feedback, it sounds like everyone had an awesome time! I've already been getting messages about the next one — and yes, it's coming. Stay tuned because we’re just getting started.

THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!!

Another posing session is in the books, and I couldn’t be more proud of @gus_athletics117 ! He’s been putting in the hard work, and we’re just two weeks out from bringing his absolute best to the stage. It’s been a long and challenging journey, but I can’t think of anyone more deserving. Gus has faced plenty of adversity along the way, yet he’s handled it all with grace and determination. We’re on a mission for that pro card, and he’ll be ready to go to battle in two weeks. I’ve got your back, and this is just the beginning.

IT'S ON AND KRACKIN!
