First ultra marathon complete. Crushed my goal significantly. My only limiting factor is that my joints started having issues. Fitness was there. Let's get recovered and ready for this trail 50k coming up! Thanks @dylan_abnormal for making it happen and letting me play my part in honoring Alex.

Obviously, ive been quite busy these last few months, but as things have slowed down a little ive gotten more time to read. This is my recent book and I cant speak highly enough about it. Some super cool stories, some good lessons learned, and just an overall look into the life of an absolute legend. I definitely recommend this one!

I did get some time before things ramped up to get into it, there is a very very very helpful trick he teaches about breathing control. I was able to use those lessons during some of the more intense and stressful situations ive been in recently and seen a complete flip in the outcome. by @david.j.alexander
