July was a movie. Filled with incredible people and so many God given blessings.

- ran 47 miles around Clarksville to honor my late friend, SSG Alexander White accompanied by some of the most amazing people and supported by Alex’s mother and sisters 🪽 🇺🇸
- Ran 22 miles up and down Waucheesi Mountain with some inspiring athletes and helped others reach their goals. 🏔️
- Attended and worked the American Cornhole Organization Cornhole World Champioships seeing some of my best friends and making new international friends. 🌽 🕳️
- Won a hotdog eating contest 🌭
- Met and ran with a new running group while in Owensboro, KY.
- mowed a lot of grass and read a lot of scripture 🚜 📖

Most importantly, I was surrounded by incredible people who continue to pour into me and make me grateful for the life I live. In the running community, faith community, cornhole, work, etc I have some of the most unbelievable people around me, how lucky it feels to have these types of human beings so close. And beyond that I have people in my corner that continue to give me love and kindness on a daily basis - I’m really thankful that God continues to show up for me, I don’t know what I’d do without Him . Thank everyone, I love yall.

The SSG Alexander White Memorial Ultra ✅

So grateful to the people who showed up and helped spread the name of a truly incredible man by honoring him through voluntary suffering.

We started with 11 runners and finished with 8 and amazingly ALL STUCK TOGETHER. We fought through humidity, sketchy traffic, and one of the worst rain storms I’ve ever ran through. Nobody ever once mentioned quitting, spirits were SO HIGH!

We had 3 runners PR in distance :
- Grant : 10 miles ➡️ 47 miles
- David : 14 miles ➡️ 47 miles
- Clay : 31 miles ➡️ 47 miles

We will be back next year so plan accordingly for the weekend closest to July 31st every year. Thank yall for the support and please congratulate these amazing runners and support members, I’m so grateful for them.

What a pleasure and honor it was to live alongside each and everyone one of these young men for the weekend! The world is better for having each of you in it.
