Raising prices in healthcare almost feels dirty. But I see so many highly experienced practitioners undercharging for their time and experience and then we wonder why the burnout rate in healthcare is so high.

As a small business owner, it’s so tough. In the first 8 years of our business, we didn’t raise our prices. We had a 4% increase in our rent year on year. We had increases to it insurance and electricity, our phone bill and internet. It’s no wonder times feel tough for most clinicians even though they are busier than ever.

Your price needs to be a reflection of the value you offer. If people see that value, they’ll pay.
