Train, play, repeat! Training is great, but don't forget the fun and games with friends.

"Être fort pour être utile" - Our training goes beyond the self, it's about preparing our bodies to assist, support, and uplift and aid others. While growing, learning, and evolving every day to become our best selves.

Diving into bouldering, calisthenics, and parkour, I've found a fun, challenging, and new way of the meaning of the 'être fort' philosophy.🙏💪
These sports not only boost my physical strength, but they also enhance my mental resilience, making me ready for daily challenges and improving my performance in other sports. Every jump, climb, push-up, pull-up, takes me closer to a new best version of myself.💥

We visited the Parkour Park in Bern today. The setup was very interesting since one part of the parkour park was built with Wood and Stones. I had a fun training session with @_michels_ben_ , who also took the photos🔥.

I've got a few clips from my recent session attempting side-flip precision on the boxes. I must say, I really love my students.... as long as they don't obstruct my camera when I master something new (See at the end what I mean )

Sharing some clips from yesterday's training session! (Sorry for the annoying background noise) I had an awesome time with @maxime_brunot_coaching .

I've identified some areas I need to focus on, particularly power and flow. Also, noticed some freerunning moves that I've lost a bit of finesse with over time.

Reflecting on it, I think it's because I've been giving more time to training others rather than dedicating enough to my own practice.

Recognizing these areas for improvement is a positive step forward. It means I can now work harder and smarter to refine my skills and reclaim those fluid freerunning moves

"It's not about the destination, it's about the journey." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

This video shows some significant part of my parkour journey, spanning from 2016 to 2023. It was no easy task to narrow down the selection from the immense collection of footage I've accumulated over the years, approximately 800 GB of videos! (Yes, long hours of searching and editing..)💥

So, throughout our lives, we undergo countless changes. It is through our relationships, our encounters, and our interactions that we truly come to understand the depths of our own souls. We evolve, adapt, and redefine who we are.
And that's not only okay it's beautiful, while we must keep moving forward in our life. However, it's crucial to remember all the people we used to be, the versions of ourselves that contributed to our growth, and shaped our journey. 💪
(Also, remember those who are with you on the journey)

Some people live more in 20 years than others do in 80, for it's not about the quantity of years, but the quality of the moments we seize. Each day holds the potential for growth, transformation, and the discovery of our true selves.

Always remember the best!🙌🫶
