$Most athletes think getting stronger is the only goal… but for a running back, that’s only half the equation. The real separator? Impulse. Impulse = how much force you can produce, how fast you can produce it. Because on the field, you don’t always have 3–4 seconds to use your strength.. You have fractions of a second. That hole closes. That linebacker fills. That safety is flying downhill. That’s why the best running backs aren’t just strong… they’re violent, fast and directional with their force. ✔️ First step explosion ✔️ Change of direction in tight space ✔️ Break away speed All of that comes down to applying force quickly. The weight room builds the engine… But impulse is what actually shows up on game day. Train to be strong. But don’t forget to train to use it fast. ⚡️ #football #runningback #army #nfl #ncaa by @davo_2shifty$

Such a great turnout for my first youth camp ever! Thank you to all the parents and supporters for allowing me to help your kids develop and teach them some lessons to take and apply to themselves, their training, and life in general. Thank you to all the players for coming out and giving me 100% effort and focus. We got better today. We outworked the competition and most importantly we had FUN while doing it! I can’t wait to continue this process of training and impact as many young men and women as possible! This training is for all athletes, not sport specific and is to help athletes get faster, quicker, and become more coordinated with their movement. Again, what a great camp, let’s keep getting better! by @davo_2shifty
