How can something so cute inflict MAXIMUM CARNAGE? I told her if she keeps going to class and hitting these small milestones, I’d get her a rashguard, a gi, and a mat. If she keeps going to class, she’ll supply her own belts.

I hiked back the entire way, in my skivvies. I mean- when’s the next time I’ll be here? I wasn’t NOT gonna jump in. Felt gooood.

Day 1 in Guiyang. I feel like most don’t know how awesome this place is. Good, fewer tourists.

We’ve watched a good amount of Yellowstone, so I think we’re about ready to run our own ranch.

This year’s Murph is for Mike, Danny, and Axe. But it’s also for my brother, Chris, who gave up smoking, drinking, and excuses. He’s got a wife, daughter, another on the way, and a full time job- yet makes time to push his limits and improve himself everyday.
I’m so proud of you, you stupid giraffe.

Happy Mother’s Day
I couldn’t do what you do, day in and day out. I’ve tried for a week at a time. It was exhausting. I couldn’t do what you do.
