Core memories were made this weekend! I’m still not over it! Ellie’s first time wake surfing was the sweetest - watching T and Ellie filled my heart. That little squeal and excitement! She has the biggest zest for life and this age is absolutely the most fun. I never knew being a grandparent could be so fulfilling. Switzerland was utterly amazing and one of my favorite places I’ve ever visited. 295 foot free fall and speeds of up to 75mph on the canyon swing in Grindewald - THE scariest thing I’ve ever done by far! Paragliding was so beautiful and those guys in Interlaken were so professional and made the experience extra special. Top of Europe (jungfraujoch) visiting the Ice Palace and going to the glacier at 11,000 feet was breathtaking and cold! Had fondue in a gondola with an incredible view of Grindewald was such a cool experience. Take me back! Also, stay tuned for the beautiful countryside of Switzerland taken in Switzerland by @dbirdsong1

What a weekend! Our second annual Dee Dee and Ellie trip. 7 hours at the water park, Dixie Stampede for dinner and 14 hours at the amusement park! Thought that was it, but 30 minutes into the 5 hour drive home, car sickness hit and the takis and lemonade all came up. She handled it like a champ! This kid literally wants to do it all and wore me flat out! Can’t wait for next year taken in Branson, Missouri by @dbirdsong1

Charleston was such a blast! Thank you to Audrey and Cameron for hosting such a fun weekend! We worked out, toured the waterfront, had some amazing meals, got out on the intercostal, shopped on King St, hit up Republic, sat on the patio for HOURS, made new friends and drank all the wine!
