What an adventure!
Feeling so lucky to have been a part of it, from joy to pain and pain to joy.
I’m gonna miss it terribly… Still excited to see what comes next.

Another one in the book. Pushed myself to the f…ing limit, worked for better but grateful for it all. Thanks to my coaches/staff and my team @jokeborlee for challenging me everyday.
Big rest and then we go again, still aiming high.
Peace out by @dborlee

Championship weeks involve a lot of running… but even more drinking!

So @vitacoco has been a very welcome switch-up here in Birmingham 🥥

Refreshment, but make it less boring and more fueling.

Fuelled up and ready for one last one, 4x400m final tonight! 🇧🇪🔥
