Sound on 🔊

🚨 Breaking News 🚨

There are butterflies pollinating, roosters crowing, donkeys rolling in dirt, cows running and mooing, horses crunching, and so much more… RIGHT NOW!

… or at least a little bit ago when I recorded these. Although it’s likely that those things are still happening.

The world seems to be a hot, hot mess right now. I hope that you take a moment away from all of the messiness to observe some nature. You won’t regret it.

Be kind, friends. Make good decisions. Care for this planet a lil’ bit. Look out for one another.

And remember…

Skedoodle #6: Young Hare {Redux}

The original painting, brought to my attention by @ecosoulcraft, and reinforced by @kelltron5000 having it hanging on a wall in her home, is “Young Hare” (German: Feldhase), created by Albrecht Dürer in 1502.

It’s one of his most famous watercolors and a stunning example of naturalistic detail during the Northern Renaissance. The monogram “AD” at the bottom is Dürer’s signature.

I love the way that artistic expression can speak to people, for alllll kinds of different reasons, over centuries.

Some farm animals for your viewing pleasure!

We recently added a mama and her baby to the crew (the mom happens to be our first cow’s big sister 🥹).

Yesterday we integrated all the critters into the same paddocks.

Thank you Christina & Andrew for including me in this ongoing farmventure 🤓

Side note: I can get the baby cow to respond to my moo sound about 50% of the time 🐮

Enjoy :)

Skedoodle #5: The Wooden Scream

It feels so dang good to get into Flow state again. I seriously go into a wormhole when I’m making these.

Time falls away; anything happening around me disappears; my mind is silent as it engages fully in the process.

My inspiration for these videos come from the incredible @or_bar_el 🤓 I HIGHLY recommend you check out his work.

Shout out to Xtina for taking a backroads adventure through the mountains with me!

A cyber tribal mountain lion for my fierce, powerful, determined, gentle partner Christina, based on a drawing she did years ago.

Thanks for trusting me to bring your vision to life on your body in my own style!

We’ve got another one in the works of her horse, Trixie, so stay tuned!

I LOVE doing work in this style, so let me know if you’re interested in co-creating your own vision with me in a similar way!

Design Day! I thought I’d give you a glimpse into what my design process *sometimes* looks like 🙃

I’m having a blast using AI to generate new ideas and mash up different elements to create something unique.

Do YOU think AI has a place in the art and design world?
