Thompson Austin and tommie Austin share an address, but their material palettes tell two different stories.

Working with @ktgygroup and @studio_collective, our team sourced and developed tile and stone for guestrooms and shared amenity spaces throughout the combined property. Thompson leans darker and more layered, pairing custom stone mosaics with terrazzo-look porcelain. At tommie, the palette shifts to warm minimalism, with graphic bath tile and an efficient material approach.

Across both hotels, references to West Texas take shape in dimensional terracotta, carved Adoquin stone, and geometric motifs embedded throughout.

DDS supports hospitality projects from value-engineered guestrooms through signature custom features, working alongside design teams to source, develop, and scale surfaces across budgets and development timelines.

Featured Tile & Stone:
1 — Amparo Terracotta Custom Dimensional Bar Front
2 — Adoquin Natural Stone Carved Fireplace Surround
3 — Bulgarian Grey + Black Serpeggiante Stone Mosaic Shower Wall, Herald Porcelain Terrazzo Shower Floor
4 — Santos Moroccan Shower Wall, Cev Antico Black + White Arrow Shower Floor
