First check-in of the off-season, and the fire is officially lit. 🎯🔥

We walked away from the stage with clear feedback, a hungry mindset, and an exact blueprint of what needs to be built. The judges laid out the target—now it’s time to go execute.

Sitting at 197 lbs right now and my metabolic engine is burning through everything in sight. 😒😩 But we aren't staying here. My coach, @ifbbpro_sporty , is bumping the food, and I’m bringing a level of intensity to the gym that’s going to force the growth.

This isn't just about getting bigger; it’s about crafting a undeniable, next-level package that leaves no doubt next time I step under those lights.

Work to be done. Brick by brick. Let’s grow. 🫡👌🏽

1st SHOW , 3 PODIUM FINISHES.
Put in the work, trusted the process, and brought my best package to the stage. Huge thank you to everyone who supported me throughout this prep—we’re just getting started! 🏋️‍♂️🔥

You can’t fake this process. Every meal weighed, every early alarm, every session when energy was flat it all shows up under those lights.🔦

Pre-judging for my first show is officially in the books. Being up there side-by-side with guys who put in the exact same level of sacrifice was a surreal experience.

First time hitting those mandatories on stage, but it felt right where I belonged.
Grateful for the journey, respect to everyone on that stage, and ready to build for the next show

Half the battle is building the physique; the other half is presenting it with authority.
Big respect to @ifbbpro_sporty for the guidance and @unclecampus for elevating the routine's rhythm.
Precision. Control. Continuous work. 💫

None of this would be possible without my family
My daughter is my reason to live and improve not just physically but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually
My mom always understanding and being there to listen every when I would spaz out because I was hungry or having challenging day

My dad who kept it 💯 with me and encouraged me by saying I overweight at 22 years old I ran out of breath changing a tire at his shop 🤣

My brother who kept me away from snacks when we were out of town

My sister who helped in so many ways and told encouraging words
