I couldn’t have asked for a better debut.

First, I give all glory to my Savior, Jesus Christ, for the opportunity, strength, health, and ability to compete.

Thank you to my family, friends, coaches (especially @unclecampus and @ifbbpro_sporty) and everyone who encouraged me. You were a bigger part of this than you know.

March 4th was just a regular Wednesday, but it became Day 1 of a 200-day journey.

Two hundred days of discipline. Sacrifice. Training. Dieting. Posing. Early mornings. Hard days. And a whole lot of conversations with God.

I began expecting to transform physically. I didn’t realize how much God would use this journey to transform me mentally and spiritually too.

It wasn’t perfect.

There were days I ate too much, missed workouts, felt exhausted, and didn’t want to keep going. But that taught me one of the greatest lessons of this journey:

You don’t have to be perfect. You have to keep getting back up.

“Though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again.” Proverbs 24:16

My mistakes didn’t end the journey. They became part of it. God continued to refine me, give me grace, and teach me to move forward.

“No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.” Hebrews 12:11

I don’t know what your 200-day journey looks like.

Maybe it’s getting healthy. Building a business. Restoring your relationship with God. Breaking an addiction. Or starting something you’ve been afraid to start.

Whatever it is START

This chapter is finished, another has begun 🔥 and I’ll never forget the struggle, people, laughter, lessons, and memories.

Two hundred days later, I couldn’t have asked for a better debut.

All glory to God.

And as for bodybuilding…

Maybe you’ll see me up there again. 👀@battle_of_westgeorgia_natural

I am filled with gratitude 🙏🏾 Every experience, every event in my life, including struggles, obstacles, and challenges, has contributed to shaping the person I am today.

Just like diamonds are created under pressure, God allows us to face tough times for a reason.

Beautiful souls emerge from difficult experiences. Stay blessed and let the Lord take care of the rest. @ifbbpro_sporty

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone for the incredible experience at the @lee_haney_games; I couldn't have asked for anything more. Your support and kind words have truly touched my heart, and I’m thrilled to have been the first guest poser! 🙏🏾

My goal is to always draw us closer to the Lord through my posing and my story. Stay blessed.

A special thank you to my brother @helloimjimbo_ for the fantastic photos and for always being there for me. Make sure to follow @helloimjimbo_ 🎥📸 (Follow)
