The Fannings take on @zitos_restaurant ! I wanted to try something new and was hesitant when I saw such high google reviews (900+, 4.9) for a location with one of the highest restaurant turnovers but WOW. The quality was there. 🤌 One of the best Italian meatballs, reminded me of Osteria da Fortunata in Rome. We had the beef carpaccio, pizza and seafood risotto. Everything was great. We will definitely be back💯 by @dean_themachine247

_Couldn’t be happier with the way this golf cart turned out! 🔥Had to add a couple more finishing touches before I officially posted it, and now it’s exactly where I wanted it. “Cheap is not good, & good does not come cheap!”I remember sitting in my buddy’s office one day talking about pricing, and he said that quote. For some reason, it stuck with me.The other day I had a situation that reminded me exactly why.A customer reached out asking for a quote to pick up a sofa in Coral Springs and deliver it up to Palm City. I calculated the time, mileage, and what it would take to do the job the right way. My quote was $600.She told me she received another quote for $536. I thought to myself — OK, no problem. We’re in the same ballpark. A $64 difference isn’t bad.The next day, I happened to finish a job near I-75 in Weston, so I reached out and said, “Hey, I’m already close by. If you want, I can get it done today for $500.”I didn’t hear back.The following day she reached out and said she had just seen my message and asked if the $500 offer was still available. I explained I was already back in Fort Lauderdale and no longer in that area.That’s when she told me the company she originally picked rescheduled on her… then when she tried to set it back up, the price changed and went up.That’s the difference.Peace of mind has value. Knowing someone is going to show up, communicate, and do exactly what they said they would do is worth that little bit extra.Now I get the opportunity to show her what Dean Delivers is about — doing the job properly, safely, efficiently, and keeping communication throughout the entire process.This is also why I believe in being a hands-on owner/operator as the company grows. __A Great Trip to St. Augustine Took a trip up to St. Augustine yesterday and had the pleasure of meeting Bob Lendi.What a great guy. He had all of his furniture packed, organized, and ready to go before we even arrived. Full of energy and ready to jump in and help every step of the way.At one point I asked him how old he was, and he replied, “79 years old.”I couldn’t believe it.Not only was Bob 79, but he was moving around better than a lot of people half his age. His energy, attitude, and willingness to work were truly impressive. It was a great reminder that taking care of yourself and staying active can make a huge difference as the years go by.I told him, “When I grow up, I want to be just like you.”Bob rode with us all the way to St. Augustine and all the way back home. During the trip, I had the opportunity to get to know him, hear some of his stories, and enjoy some really great conversation.Meeting people like Bob is one of the things I love most about this business. Every move has a story, and every now and then you meet someone who leaves a lasting impression. Bob’s positive attitude, strong work ethic, and incredible health at 79 years old were truly inspiring.Thank you for trusting Dean Delivers with your move, Bob.
