✨CLIENT SPOTLIGHT✨ @deanmthomas14

Dean Thomas - You are a 2 x Ironman Tenby, Wales, FINISHER & you slayed the Dragon 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🐉 Dean smashed his 2024 time with a 50 minute PB ✨

I have had the absolute pleasure of being a small part of Deans incredible team over the last 14 weeks of his Ironman Wales block 💪🏻

Dean came to me for his weekly Sports Therapy as a recommendation from Mark @mtsports_therapist (who I can’t thank enough)! We’ve had weekly 90 minute sessions, chatting all things life whilst working through his heavy legs after his weekly sessions had increased volume ahead of Tenby🦵

I’m so thankful to Dean for his trust in me as a Sports Therapist & I’m so grateful Dean is the easiest going client ever! Dean had a few niggles through his training block, the obvious muscle strains, a foot issue 🫠 (if you know me, I don’t like feet, which Dean thought was hilarious🤣🫠) but he trusted his body to get him there and he smashed it.

I’ve loved every minute of every session with Dean and it was an absolute pleasure chasing him around (even if I got soaked through twice 🌧️) from the Bike route in Cresselly to his Marathon and watching him cross that red carpet in Tenby 💪🏻

I feel super proud to have played a small part in helping Dean get to Ironman Wales and becoming an Ironman Finisher! 🥹

I’ll forever be grateful to Mark for recommending me to Dean, and to Dean - Thank you 🥹 You are amazing, you’ve been the best client and I’m proud to call you a friend ✨ Keep smashing it Champ!! 💪🏻 taken in Ironman Wales - Tenby by @deanmthomas14

This weekend my nutrition planning for IRONMAN Wales has been supported by MT PT Wales 💪 Mark has focused on ensuring I am maximising my glycogen store going into race day. Thank you pal, I have never been so well satiated 😋
I have been working with Mark this year to focus on my macronutrients and it has really supported my training load. I can't recommend him enough! 🙌

What a delicious piece of cod, in light batter! That hit the spot. Highly recommend 👌 😋
Sat here watching world go by, after dropping Ezra to his Dad's. So, in less than 30 minutes, we have witnessed a scrambler bike with two quads using the pedestrian crossing, from the stadium side. Both quads had 'grown' men, with a child each of less than 4 years, sitting on their laps. Then... a police van came by 5 minutes later, the PC in passenger seat with head in his phone 😠 😡 within 30 seconds two lads on Surron bikes came past riding on road, bold as brass, no helmets or a care in the world!! Swansea... what's going on ffs 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ taken in Rossi's Original (Swansea) by @deanmthomas14
