A block isn’t a sign to do less…

… it’s a tool to experience more…

…more balance…

…more length…

…more strength…

…more awareness.

One of @deannar25 favorite parts of teaching is guiding students to experience postures they once thought were out of reach✨

Which pose do you want to experience?!

Lately I’ve been thinking about how different this season feels.

There are so many big transitions happening all at once, and somehow none of them feel heavy. If anything, they’ve felt playful, creative, and whimsical🧚🏻‍♂️

Opening a studio with some of my best friends has been one of the sweetest reminders that building something meaningful doesn’t have to come from stress. It can come from joy. From laughing through the chaos, dreaming together, and trusting that everything is unfolding exactly as it should.

I started this year without making a vision board or having any goals set. If you know me, that’s almost unheard of😄

But for the first time, I didn’t want to script my year or put my dreams into neat little boxes. I just want to stay open. Open to surprise. Open to change. Open to wherever life wanted to meet me.

And that’s when everything started happening✨

Becoming a @lululemon ambassador. Opening a studio @experiencexhal in OKC. Meeting incredible people. Opportunities I couldn’t have planned if I tried.

I think there’s something really beautiful about getting out of your own way.

Not because you stop dreaming, but because you stop gripping so tightly to what you think it’s supposed to look like.

Surrendering is an active trust that what’s meant for you doesn’t always arrive through force. Sometimes it arrives because you finally made enough space for it to find you.

This season has felt like that🥰
