When I started Dear FoundHer…, it was with one mission: to help women business owners over 40 build, scale, and grow their businesses—with real strategies, no fluff, and a community that actually has your back.

Hi, I’m Lindsay—and I’m so glad you’re here.

I built my first company with $500, scaled it to 7 figures for six years straight, without a marketing budget or a massive following, and then sold it. I used smart strategies, real relationships, and a deep understanding of what women want and need.

After my exit, I set out on a new mission:
To help women over 40 build and grow businesses that work for their lives—not against them.

That’s how @dearfoundher was born.

What started as a podcast is now:
🎙️ A top-ranked show featuring iconic female founders
🤝 A community of women business owners 40+
📩 A no-fluff newsletter filled with strategies that actually work
💬 And a mentorship platform built on support, and actual strategies, not noise

If you’re a woman 40+ building your business with intention—welcome. You’re in the right place.

You already know her. The woman whose audience is full of the people you want to reach.

You wish you could reach them. And you can…have you even asked her?

You haven’t, but it’s not because you’re lazy. It’s because nobody ever told you how to reach out, what to ask for, or how to pitch it without sounding awkward.

So instead, you post, get a few likes, and hope this one lands.
You go to the networking event and come home with a stack of business cards that end up in a drawer.
And on Monday you’re back at your desk wondering where the next client is coming from.

That’s what we fix in the Partnership Sprint.

For 21 days you get one simple action a day.
By the end you will have:
Built your list of right-fit partners where you can borrow the right audiences
Figured out exactly what you bring to the table
Sent real pitches
Followed up
Started real conversations

You leave with the outreach DONE.

Think you’re too small to ask?
Follower count isn’t the strategy.
Audience fit is.

This has worked for me…twice. (Once when I built my 7-figure company which I sold.)
I’ve also watched this work for hundreds of clients.

And when we took Dear FoundHer… on Tour to Long Island, 10 partner businesses helped fill a room of 250 women with zero ad spend.
It really is that simple.

We start Monday, October 12.

Say hello to Laura Tober, founder of Petite Protea, a purpose-driven marketplace celebrating women artisans, ethical craftsmanship, and the power of shopping with intention.

☀️ What's your story?

Nearly two decades in fashion and travel gave me a deep love for discovering makers, textiles, and the stories behind beautiful things. But it was becoming a mother that truly shifted my perspective. I started asking harder questions — about where things came from, who made them, and what kind of world I wanted to model for my children.

What struck me was the stark contrast between my experience as a mother and that of the artisans whose work I'd long admired. I had choices. I had access. So many women behind these beautiful, skillfully crafted pieces work without fair compensation, without recognition, and without the economic stability to fully care for their families. Motherhood is universal — the love, the sacrifice, the desire to provide — but the circumstances surrounding it are anything but equal.

Petite Protea grew out of that reckoning. I wanted to build something that closed that gap, even in a small way — that celebrates and preserves craft, that puts fair wages and ethical sourcing at the center, and that gives conscious shoppers a place they can trust.

☀️ What does BEING a FoundHer mean to you?

To me, being a FoundHer means choosing to build something on your own terms — and then turning around and holding the door open for the women behind you. It's not just about starting a business; it's about starting one rooted in your values and using it as a vehicle for something bigger than yourself.

☀️ How do you support other women in business?

Collaboration over competition is something I believe in deeply...I actively seek out and feature women-led brands through Petite Protea, both as vendors and as community partners at markets and events....I also make referrals whenever I can, connecting founders in my network with the right people, makers, or resources. And honestly, sometimes support just looks like showing up: in person or with a kind word.

There’s more than one way to grow a business, and sometimes the fastest path isn’t finding a bigger audience. It’s finding the right people to share one with.

Our friend @lindsaypinchuk, founder of @dearfoundher, is launching a 21-day Partnership Sprint designed to help women business owners get more intentional about collaborations that actually grow their businesses.

Think podcast swaps, workshops, referrals, events, email partnerships and other ways to get in front of the right people without constantly trying to build your audience from scratch.

Lindsay has built businesses, communities and partnerships this way for years, and now she’s breaking down exactly how to do it yourself, step by step.

The doors close on Sunday, October 11. If partnerships are something you’ve been meaning to get more strategic about, take a look.

She already has the audience you've been trying to build from scratch.

You know exactly who I mean. Her clients are your clients.
Her email list is full of women who need what you sell.
And you've been meaning to reach out to her for months.

That isn't a visibility problem. That's an unsent email.

If you feel like you're fishing in the same pond, posting more isn't the fix. Getting in front of someone else's people is. It's how I built Bump Club and Beyond (my very first partnership was an event with a local prenatal fitness studio), it's how I'm building Dear FoundHer..., and it's how I've grown businesses for sixteen years.

I created The Partnership Sprint so that we can actually do it together for 21 days:

Week 1: Find the right people
Week 2: Make the ask
Week 3: Turn conversations into partnerships

One partnership action a day. Daily accountability in a private group. Four live Q+As with me. Outreach and tracking resources you keep.

Email swaps, podcasts, workshops, events, referrals, giveaways. You pick what fits your business, and you leave with the outreach DONE.

$297. We start Monday, October 12.
Doors close Sunday night.

Comment PARTNER and we'll send you the link, or find it in our bio.

And the woman you thought of while reading this? Tag her below. Do it together.

I hope to see you inside...

Make it easy for her to say yes.

Most of us ask for coffee because we think we have nothing to trade with her. You have people, however few. You have an idea. You can do the legwork. That was all I had in 2010, and a studio owner years ahead of me still said yes.

The three messages on these slides are yours to steal. The full post in this week's edition of The FoundHer Files shows you what you already bring to the table, even if you think it's nothing.

I built my first business to seven figures without ads, without social media, and without a huge marketing budget.

I did it by building relationships with businesses that already had the attention of the people I wanted to reach.

That’s what partnerships can do.
You do not have to keep piling more onto your marketing.

You don’t need more posts, or more platforms or more random tactics.

You can get in front of new people through businesses that already have their trust.

And this is not just something that worked for me.

Women inside Dear FoundHer… have used partnerships to sell out events, bring in new business, and reach audiences they were not reaching before.

The key is knowing WHO to reach out to, WHAT to ask for, and HOW to make the partnership useful for both sides.

That’s exactly what I’m teaching inside The Dear FoundHer… Partnership Sprint.

Last week I said stop asking other women if you can "pick your brain," and a lot of you had feelings about it.

Here's the part I left out. Most women send that message because they honestly believe they have nothing to trade. In 2010 I had nothing on paper, and a fitness studio still said yes to a pregnant woman with no business and no name for it.

Swipe ➡️ for what I traded and two messages you can steal today.

This week's Quick Win in The FoundHer Files goes further, with everything you already bring to the table and three messages you can copy and send before Friday.
